Great location. The happy hour was nice with wine and cheese. However, we did not find the bed comfortable. We thought the breakfast was poor quality, like did that quiche come out of a box? I thought $450 for JUST a room was way over priced even if it is Boulder.

The Bradley’s location 1 block off Pearl Street makes it very walkable to downtown and neighborhoods. Historic decor with large sitting/lobby area. Included breakfast with quiche, fruit, yogurt, breads was very nice. 5pm wine/beer/cheese & crackers was a great touch. Quiet area but Room 12 (preferred king) is on the alley and we were woken between 6-7am each day by trucks making deliveries or trash pickup. Rooms are large and beds very comfortable. Could use a desk or writing table and a second chair; not everyone likes to sit on the bed! Inn is primarily unstaffed front desk so be sure to pay attention to your emailed access code. Would definitely stay again.

Parking is tight, but otherwise a wonderful stay!

Location an easy walk to Pearl St. Gym was located a bit further away with. Great equipment. Pillows were gigantic. Impossible to get Comfortable. Typical hotel. Pretty, but UNCOMFORTABLE. No comfortable option. Breakfast 7:30-9:30. But quiche was gone by 8:45.

Very good

It is a unique In. Craftsman style with beautiful woods and stained glass and living room with stone fireplace. Enjoyed having breakfast included and a happy hour.

The highlight of this hotel was the breakfast and proximity to Pearl Street. Coffee is limited in the lobby, so do not rely on it. We reserved a king room, received two double beds. The beds were uncomfortable. Cookies in the lobby on Friday were burnt. The room was freezing. When we updated the temperature, it felt like an oven. The a/c leaked and made sounds. Saturday morning, my husband showered and walked into the room to change and found too men on the room right out our window. They stayed there the entire day. No privacy and hearing them talk. It was uncomfortable to be in the room, even with blinds closed. The shower went from freezing to scolding hot. Some staff were nice, others seemed to hide. I would not recommend or stay again. They charge $25 a night for parking, which is not mentioned on their site. It is in an alley, so delivery vans will block you in.

Pleasantly surprised with how much we loved this place!

Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff, fun meeting other guests, and very tasty breakfast!

A really great location if you want to be a short walk from the Pearl Street Mall. It’s a B&B so every room is unique and historic. The rooms are dated, but that’s expected in a historic house. Parking is available for $25 per night. The buffet breakfast was above average. Clean and comfortable.

The property was clean & cozy and the staff was so attentive. The convenience to Pearl St. was a great bonus too.

Breakfast was best I've had in years. We looked forward to it each day.

Such a quaint boutique hotel with amazing amenities. Hospitality reception and breakfast was so appreciated and loved the peacefulness. Great proximity and Pearl St. only bummer was we didn’t get a room with a fireplace…maybe next time!

Great hotel in a great location. Friendly staff.

Perfect location for dining at Frascaa, wonderful ambiance, beautiful common areas, excellent Friday AM breakfast. Major plus, as a B&B uintgends to do, had lively interaction with other guests at Happy Hour and Breakfast Beds aren't the best, could use an upgrade. Having to pay for Parking on site is a little much, espcially when it is no more secure than parking on the street.
