Everything was easy to find. Staff was very friendly Trying to figure out the ac unit

I didn't really find anything negative to say about my stay. I loved being able to see Boulder before the weather sets in.
-
Coffee was fine, food was terrible. The breakfast burrito was no bueno. Made me sick.
-
I didn't like the fact that they charged for EVERYTHING but coffee as long as it said Marriott and not courtyard. No microwave and the rooms are a little smaller then expected for the price of the stay. I would never recommend Couryard by Marriott ever. At least not in Colorado.

This is a five star hotel and it lives up to the rating in every way, no complaints here.

Everything was great! Be aware though if using a book app to reserve your stay, you will need to pay a parking fee of $10 that’s not stated in the app!
-
Very nice place to stay with great service!

The front desk associate, Michael, was thoughtful, informative and learning new skills when we visited. He recommended a great, affordable restaurant and provided insight into the activity at the hotel. We will be back!

The hotel itself is nice and very clean. The staff was helpful. My primary issue is the quality of the bedding, particularly the pillows, made it next to impossible to sleep. I was only able to sleep 2-3/night during my stay because it was so uncomfortable.

It’s a basic hotel. Rooms could use a makeover.

The property is nice and the staff was great. We had dinner in the bistro the first night, and the food was excellent. We had a little misunderstanding with the front desk regarding housekeeping for our room, and when we returned to our room that evening we found a lovely gift bag as an apology. That was completely unnecessary, but greater appreciated. The room was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to bring your own nightlight. The only light in the bathroom is about 5000 watts, so it will very much wake you up if you have to get up in the middle of the night!
