Not the hotel's fault but a lot of unruly kids at breakfast. And people wouldn't leave the area after they finished eating. Not enough upper level parking.

Quiet, clean and a very good breakfast. Although there were many handicapped parking spaces, there was not one available for us which meant parking at the back of the building on a sloped lot as this is a hilly region.

Breakfast was real good and well prepared. Checkout was not up to part! The elevator was not functioning properly and needs attention. The lights in hallway blinked on and off when the elevator was in use! Also, the night front desk person not good! Overcharging people an additional fee!!

The blinds did not keep out light so it was bright in the room all night making me unable to sleep.

Breakfast items were hot and plentiful. Coffee bar was located in walkway where guest traffic from one hall were entering the lobby/dining area - it created a bottleneck early in the morning. Also, there were too few tables and chairs for the number of guests trying to eat breakfast. We witnessed a family with two young children - the kids were sitting in chairs at a small table for two people and the dad was sitting on the floor - totally unacceptable!

The light kept coming on throughout the night until I unplugged it. Then my husband said he woke up with a black figure standing at the foot of his bed.

Both were fine. There was not enough parking on the entry level. Parking at the back of the building and stairs were inconvenient.

Great location and breakfast.

Room was clean and made up each day.
