I had the hair straightener and blow dryer plugged in at the same time, when blow drying my hair the smoke alarm went off until I stopped drying my hair. The iron didn't work properly poured water out onto the floor when we put some in for the steam feature. The bed was pretty decent and it seemed to be very clean with a very nice scent. The location was a very good as well

Rooms were fine, breakfast needed work!

Towels were stained, asked for replacement and they were stained as well. Stairwell smelled like like a puppy mill

We arrived late in the evening during a rain storm. Had no problem

We paid for 2 queen rooms with a connecting room and they gave us 2 rooms with full beds and not connecting. Roaches in one room and the other room air conditioner not working. I paid for my rooms at least a month or 2 early.

Staff was friendly and helpful the whole stay. They were really made are stay feel welcome, we enjoyed are stay.

The hotel is clearly run down. There is a noticeable musty smokey smell in the hallway. When I went into the room there was even a different weird smell. The room was visibly dirty. There wasn't even a door to the bathroom, just a curtain.

Wasn't a bad stay overall but the floor in our room was FILTHY and the room smelled strongly of dog pee and chemical smell. The chemical smell was so strong when we first got into the filthy room that it stung our noses and made our eyes water. I hand mopped the filthy floor (our feet were black from it) it helped the chemical smell lessen but that's when the dog pee smell got stronger. Disgusting!!! But everything else about the hotel was fine and everyone was nice. The price was right.

Your average cheap hotel. Coffee machine in lobby is excellent.

Location I booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were horrible. We stayed on the 3rd floor. My kids room had cockroaches and bugs on the floor and wall, the blankets and sheets were stained up. My room sheets and blankets were stained, floor was dirty and sticky, it smelled like smoke. people had no respect and was loud on the floor. Stomping slamming doors, smoking, didn’t get to have a quiet night nor did we get any sleep. Every time we went outside there were people smoking weed. Very dissatisfied and will not ever stay there again and in my opinion. I do not recommend.

Waited over 30 minutes just to check in because the hostess was arguing with another customer and being very rude. When we finally got help she said she has to be that way sometimes because she works there 24 hours. Dropped our stuff off quickly in the room because we were late for an event. After returning to the room I saw the bathroom had hair on the floor, and the rest of the room didn't look like it had been cleaned very well or at all. Later that night we realized the room was infested with bed bugs.(I was woken up with bites around 3 AM I am allergic to them) There wasn't just one. I found several crawling on the bed and literally out of the pillowcase! I woke my husband up and we checked out early. I talked to management about the bed bug issue over the phone and they said they would contact me about it. I got an email the next day apologizing, but no refund or compensation for having to check out early.

This was the last minute booking so I felt like it was going to be a problem but the staff there was very very nice and got us right in. No there was not anything wrong at all. Everything was good including the breakfast especially.

Cost was ok. Breakfast was ok. Location wasn't bad. The pool was closed due to maintenance. No notice online & has been closed since April per staff. My grandkids were very disappointed. Floor in room was dirty. Elevator didn't act quit right. Lady came to our room to see if we needed anything for the day. We told her towels. She said to collect what we have that was dirty & put on floor. She never came back. We had to ask front desk for towels. Check out advertised as 12:00 but we were told 11:00 (not a big deal though). The smell of marijuana when we first arrived in lobby.

The price Not clean, pool was down

The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. It was also a great location for the purpose we had of staying. The facility as a whole was not clean. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Our room had stuff all over the floor, a used q-tip in the bathroom floor and hair in the shower drain.
