Rosebud Inn

Have stayed several times at this property over the past 5+ years and this time was just different. The atmosphere seemed different. The room was not updated as nice as and had wall board peeling off into the shower from moisture. The room carpet was not in best condition. Very stained. The breakfast is very limited. But overall, it was ok for the price.

Clean room, good breakfast. Not the most options, not the least amount of options. At the price point, it was worth every penny. Waffles and biscuits and gravy. Weird morning juice options lol. But not a deal breaker. We had a standard king room, had a recliner and a love seat. Tv options were not great. No movie channels at all. No streaming services. We recently stayed in another hotel at a similar price point and they had streaming services provided, movies, and much bigger breakfast. However, friendly staff, pretty clean throughout, close to 76, tanger, and easy back-way access to the landing. All while not having to deal with the busy area of the strip. Thats worth it! I would most def stay here again. And recommend it. Can u get more for close to the same money? Im sure u can with a newer hotel or big chain. But im guessing this is local owned and operated. So id choose that first. Great location for us.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast had a lot of choices, the food was hot and good. Would definitely stay again!

Some of the bath towels were stained, should have been replaced. Breakfast was okay, barely warm. Chemical smell from cleaning agent, worse in hall. Cheap motel stay, but I would stay somewhere else, if I'm ever in Branson.

Location was good , hotel was clean and staff was great. They were painting rooms and fumes were terrible on the first floor. Was glad our request for new room was granted.

We loved the location, which was on the outskirts of town and up a hill. Looking out our window was a beautiful view! Breakfast each morning was really yummy and the kitchen lady was so sweet and helpful. We enjoyed her. Rooms clean and comfy. Very reasonable cost, too. It would have been nice to have the elevator in the center of the building.

Easy access room was good size They did not make up room for three days of stay. No trash removal

The smell of the paint was overwhelming.

The breakfast was awesome. The staff was very friendly. The room was bigger then I thought. Close enough to anything you wanted to do. Great value for the price. You will get different opinions on this one but for us personally the bed was not comfortable compared to what we like.

I loved this place. I booked for the weekend with my family here and this place beyond exceeded my expectations. As soon as I stepped into the lobby it smelled super clean and fresh the receptionist was super kind and welcoming. I have no words for how kind everyone is and how clean the rooms are. Breakfast is delicious and the lady running it is very accommodating and nice! If your wanting something affordable and nice this place is the way to go!

Amazing staff, room, and breakfast! They were painting some of the rooms and made it hard to breathe.

The property was very clean and was located away from the main traffic. The staff was very friendly. We had trouble with our air conditioner. The staff came in to fix it two times but it continued to not cool the room. There were no hand rails in the shower and the floor of the shower was very slippery. The toilet was small with no hand rails.

Breakfast was good. Had all the typical things. Waffle machine, eggs, link sausage biscuits n gravy, cereal, toast, yogurt, coffee, Apples, A juice dispenser but NO orange juice. Cranberry, apple, lemonade. I found that a little odd but Cranberry worked. The lady taking care of the breakfast area was on top of it! We were on the 1st floor and something in the bathroom above us was very loud several times. Sounded like maybe water pipes or drain coming down the wall next to the bed. Could not change the temp of the water in the shower. It was set on warm and thats what you got!
