The Lofts on Indian Point

The room was large with a very comfortable decor. There were just a few units so it was quiet, private and very peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the back door with a balcony . We had everything we needed even a beautiful view.

Overall a nice stay. We stayed in unit #7. AC didn’t seem to be working correctly. AC was set to the recommended lowest setting of 70. Room temp never got below 73. The fitted sheet kept coming off during the night. With them placing a foam topper on top of the mattress for improved comfort, I believe this prevented the fitted sheet from fitting properly. Plus, the plastic liner that was on the foam topper…. when the sheet would come off, the plastic cover become annoying due to the feel and scrunchie sound it made. Made for our nights sleep a bit unpleasant.

Do yourself a favor and read the BAD reviews before booking. We booked Lofts based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Big mistake. When we arrived, we were literally the only car in the parking lot. Check-in was easy, but the room smelled strongly of old, musty odors. After a 12-hour drive, we just wanted to sleep—but the bed was awful. The foam mattress compressed so badly that it felt like we were sinking toward the floor. We immediately called the staff and were offered another room, but after seeing the condition of the first room and experiencing that bed, we decided to leave. We were then told we would not receive a refund because the room had supposedly been held for us during their “busy season.” This was especially hard to understand when the property was virtually empty. The next day, we drove past again. Still no cars in the parking lot. There are plenty of complaints about the beds and customer service in the negative reviews. I wish we had read them first. Terrible experience. We won’t be back.

Very cozy, in a great location. Clean rooms, no stress check in/out!

The room was very clean. It is in a quiet location. We felt like it was more of a motel feel than a hotel (outside entrance to room). Probably our misunderstanding, but we thought breakfast was provided. Seems overpriced for what is provided.

Very comfy and clean place

Great place to stay just south of Silver Dollar City which means no traffic to get to SDC. The place is clean, no smells. There are no soap, shampoo, or conditioner dispensers in the tub shower unit, you need to supply your own. One thing to be mindful of is the tub’s bottom is extremely slick when showering. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

The room was absolutely clean and beautiful!!! The staff answered questions quickly and promptly. I will definitely stay again!!

We parked right in front of our room- very convenient. The room is freshly renovated and done beautifully! Everything is new, clean, and welcoming from the fast, friendly check-in and responses to texts, to the mint left on our side tables. The back deck provides a view of the trees as if you were in among them (second floor). The room is spacious and provides a large enough fridge to accommodate a week's stay worth of food and drinks. The bed was super soft, like swallow-you-up and work-to-get-out soft. It's a personal preference thing, so I always included the bed in a review. You should try this new place just minutes from SDC!

Another great stay at The Lofts in the books! We have tried numerous properties In Branson when looking for an affordable stay, always wishing that night that we booked a Lofts room. Quiet units & neighbors, and always very helpful staff. The rooms are up to date, always clean, with beds like clouds. Just skip the hotel…book with the lofts!

The air didn't work changes rooms and they were more than accommodating and to their credit it was hot and tbey did get us another room immediately. It wasn't what we expected.

Our entire experience was wonderful from booking to check out! The property is minutes from Silver Dollar City which was what we needed. It was super clean and well kept. Comfortable beds and easy to get in and out with the keypad code. The virtual front desk was very responsive at all times. We will definitely stay again!

Clean and nice room Air conditioner wasn’t working very well. Room was very warm and we weren’t able to sleep much. Due to room temperature being high.

The rooms were clean and nice Advertised a pool the pools been closed since last summer! The room was 86 degrees when we got there and had to call to get the tv fixed
