Room was nice and clean and breakfast was adequate, but the clerk checking me in refused to accommodate the pre-authorization for incidentals and refused to talk to someone from Engine. I had to put a card down.

It was a very comfortable and clean hotel. If you are looking for good customer service and a good nights sleep I recommend this hotel.

The gentleman checking us in told us there was nothing in Brillion. He sent us to a room on the second floor that was not ready. The beds were very uncomfortable aThe breakfast was awful/ orange water for juice.

A little more attention to people waiting at front desk would've been nice. Our bed was SUPER hard and felt like metal bar around the edge of it. Guess I'm just accustomed to my bed but never felt a bed like that before and we have traveled MANY times.

Manager was kind to us. We missed one night because we were stranded in Charlotte. He was kind enough to let us add an extra night during a busy time Nothing
