Pretty solid hotel, clean, great for couples, decent breakfast. There are like 5 parking spaces in the back.

Not a bad spot, location was convenient. There were hairs in the shower and bathroom when I checked in so I scrubbed my whole room down so I could feel comfortable. My license seems to have disappeared here, not sure if I got it back after check in. Room was quite small, but ultimately was not a bad stay for the price and the staff was pretty nice and helpful.

Good hotel but in a rough area. Easy transport links to central and times square. On the last night though cigarette smoke was noticeable through the vents. Reported but little action was taken to resolve.

After experiencing a grueling flight delay, we arrived at the hotel exhausted and looking forward to a seamless check-in. Instead, we faced a series of failures by your staff and management: Inadequate Bedding & Lack of Accommodation: Despite seeing that I was traveling with my elderly mother, the front desk never offered or inquired about separate bedding. To ensure my mother could get a good night's sleep, I was forced to leave the property and find alternative sleeping arrangements for myself. Poor Communication & Navigation Issues: As first-time guests, we were not informed which floor our room was located on. After wandering around two different floors trying to locate the room, I had to return to the front desk just to ask for basic directions. Lack of Parking: Prior to check-in, your team requested my vehicle details. Despite providing this information, I was informed upon arrival that there was no parking available for me, forcing me to move my car off-property late at night. Substandard Room Conditions: Upon finally entering the room, we were greeted by a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Furthermore, we were placed in a below-ground level room without being asked if we were comfortable with this arrangement, completely depriving us of a standard window view. Flooring and Water Leakage: The next morning, my mother discovered her socks were completely wet from the floor. Upon investigation, I found water pooling underneath our luggage, suggesting a severe leak or condensation issue coming from the subterranean walls. Severe Maintenance Failures (Drainage & Lighting): The bathroom sink was severely clogged, causing water to drain at an agonizingly slow pace. Worse, there was absolutely no working light in the bathroom. My 86-year-old mother and I were forced to shower in total darkness, using our cell phone flashlights for safety. When I notified the front desk about the lighting issue, a maintenance worker arrived shortly after.

Shower and towels had hair from the last guest on them, otherwise everything was great.

Room was okay beds were comfortable small little rooms the only thing we did not like was the area not safe at all. The only thing that was great was a deli outside next to The hotel.

One star. Unacceptable service and refusal to refund our stay. We booked two nights at GLO Hotel in the Bronx. When we arrived, the room’s air conditioner was not working, despite outdoor temperatures above 90°F. We spent approximately two hours in the room waiting for a resolution. We asked to move to another room, but the staff told us there were no other rooms available. Their only solution was to expect us to keep waiting for a technician, with no timely resolution. A hotel should make sure essential amenities work before placing guests in a room. Guests should not have to spend their visit waiting for repairs in extreme heat. After giving them an opportunity to resolve the problem, we told them to cancel our reservation because we would find another place to stay. They refused to refund either night, including the second night, which we never used. We did not simply change our minds. We left because the AC did not work and the hotel could not provide a suitable replacement room. As African American guests, the treatment we received left us feeling racially discriminated against and disrespected. Raising a legitimate concern about a room should never result in that experience. Keeping our money after failing to resolve the problem was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I strongly urge travelers to book elsewhere. We will never return.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. First, our faucet was broken, like about to come off of the sink itself. I informed the staff and they said they would have someone fix it the next day. Of course that never happened. Then, our AC broke and the room’s temperature crept up to 85 degrees. I informed staff again and they said they would have maintenance look at it - which may or may not have happened? There were no updates. But my wife and I left that evening for a show, which I again told the staff so that they could also look at the thermostat within that time frame, which was six hours. When we got back, our room was 89 degrees. Yes you guessed it, I told staff again. At first, he said he would go and look at it. I had to tell him this was already said 6 hours ago and we either need a new room or refund. They did switch our rooms thankfully but this was at 1130pm and honestly it was just all a mess. Communication was terrible- and no I don’t mean culturally, I mean they just didn’t care.

Price After midnight I called front desk, researched NY's noise ordinance and advised hotel staff of NYC's 10 pm noise ordinance. The VERY LOUD music stopped at 1:30 am. Your staff hotel patrons were faced to listen to very loud music all night.

Great! Will stay here again.

This was not a good experience at all. There was hair all over the shower walls, the shower floor, the bathroom floor, the toilet. After the second day, our toilet got backed up. When we told the front desk, they said they had no one taking care of maintenance at the property. They had to move us to a second room. In the second room, the sink stopper was closed and we could not open it. We had to brush our teeth in the shower. When we opened the curtains in the room, there was an opened bag of chips sitting on the windowsill. All in all, this was not a clean or pleasant experience. The only positive was the breakfast was very nice.
