Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brunswick - Harpers Ferry Area by IHG

Property was clean and look fresh, almost newer. Love that there was a chaise lounge I our room and desk chair. I hate having no where to sit but the bed. Only complaint is that they are trying to be efficient, so there’s no water in the room, and no coffee maker in the room. Also no little plastic cups. That was all available in the lobby, but those little inconveniences are annoying.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, breakfast was very good. The fresh coffee grinder/maker was great.

When checking in the front desk was very helpful especially cynthia. She gave me information on places to eat and sites to see.

The hotel is newer and very clean and modern. The location is adjacent to an upscale community where there were lots of sidewalks and a trail to walk on. nothing. Everything was good.

Great location with excellent highway access. Just above average for the expected breakfast from a chain restaurant. Bed was comfortable but wished there would have been an extra blanket.

Nice

I was visiting Harper‘s Ferry for a few days, and your property was within a good traveling distance. I liked that there was coffee available at any time of the day. The fitness center had machines that were the same as my local fitness club. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and spacious. I was also able to park right outside of my window as I was given a first floor room upon my request. I was disturbed by the exit door right outside of my room door. Each night that I was there, someone was going in and out of it at 4:30 AM and another time a little bit after 3 AM. The door slammed and woke me up.

I really enjoyed everything from the staff who greeted us to the spacious room and the amenities we used, breakfast and pool. I was blown away by my stay. There was a bit of a smell in our room when we initially checked in, as if it had been closed up a little while. Very mild, temporary nuisance.

Stop looking this is the one if you are in this area! Super staff, Super Clean, little extras that just made this hotel stand out. 10/10 in its class.

This was a wonderful location.

Staff members were friendly and helpful, as well as accommodating throughout the entire stay. Breakfast food was delicious and convenient and coffee/tea available all day was a great bonus. Most common areas and rooms were quiet and pleasant. The pool area was fairly dirty and there was a large puddle in one corner gathering bacteria and some other solid particles floating around. It was a quite a contrast to the rest of the hotel common areas and private rooms, which were all wonderfully clean. I do realize it is a pool area and more difficult to maintain but it could certainly use more attention.
