SureStay Hotel by Best Western Buena Park Anaheim

It was a nice room. The breakfast was nothing though .

Most of the staff here was nice and helpful. They offer free parking and breakfast. The breakfast is very small and truly continental. Which was fine. They have muffins, cereal, coffee, and juice. The parking lot is small and there are. Or a ton of spaces. There are not a ton of amenities, it has a pool and hot tub. This is a simple property but a nice stay. There is a taco truck right next door that was easy to walk to and nice for an evening meal. This is very close to many places in Buena Park. I would stay again.

Absolutely nothing The reviews on booking .com seemed pretty good but after we got there it was horrible. When we 1st entered our room totally smelled like Marijuana. Mosquitoes in our room they would not give us another room offered to give us a bug sapper in our room. Customer service is horrible. We got a refund checked out same day and found another hotel. DONT STAY HERE. They need to really clean up this place and do some renovation. There was like four other people coming in to the office to get a refund.

It was just okay, need more bathroom cabinets , for your supplies!

The room it was clean also the clothes of the bed is white

Beds where very confy, where able to switch rooms When checking in my reservation with wheelchair acceses notes where not meet told us to look somewhere else while we were looking she found a down stair room avalable, getting into the room it did not have hand soap nor body wash, ask the front desk and said they will send servise person to drop it off waited for 2 hrs no one show when back to front desk and a diferrent person got the items and with in 5 min we got the items.

Run down, poorly managed.

El cuarto es muy amplio pero los muebles estaban en muy malas condiciones. Y el colchón estaba súper mal nada cómodo no se puede descansar en un colchón que literal te mueves y hace mucho ruido y además no era nada cómodo

Not happy with continental breakfast. They didn’t have much

Ac didn’t work properly. Breakfast had spoiled milk and a very poor selection of. Pool was closed half the time so yeah we will never stay there again

Management was great. Very attentive !

I didn’t like broken faucet was leaking. My room had a mosquito, I ask for change room or give me a mosquito killer but no action. I had a mosquito bites had a few red spots and very itchy for 4 days.

Upon arrival , and photos were very Misleading, Do not book if you want a vacation near Knotts, looks like they may house homeless. A dumpster and parking lot is your view , very small pool, uncleaned, near the street with bushes and debris around it that get into the pool. Not enough to fit its guest the jacuzzi oooks like a stained old bath, A maid was coming back with a little push cart, looked like pastries and shampoo samples and collected items right from the Hotel Hiltons trash! All there items must be from there! As entering the office , I decided I would not be staying there with my family and they had the nerve to say I was charged already and they wouldn’t refund me! Waiting for the booking agency to investigate and final results!

The A/C did not work but they would not give us a different room and I’m in menopause so I had to go buy a fan to tolerate the heat in the room. The breakfast was a joke not good at all!! Won’t be staying here again.

Very nice room, Comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was only pastries and cereal.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the Anaheim area - close to attractions and roads.
