Lobby was a mess. Came down fore coffee on the morning. Beer cans everywhere trash and crumb wall over the floor. Room was not serviced on my 2 day stay. For 450$ a night I would expect clean towels Check-in staff was friendly and the women who worked in the bistro were delightful

They refused to clean my room and the bath top was extremely dirty

I had received a notice of construction disturbance. I was there for 4 nights, and this was never an issue. The parking was convenient and the best part for me was the accessibility to Rt 209 which led me effortlessly to everyplace I had to go. I traveled between Orchard Park and Amherst without a blip! The desk staff was very helpful and allowed me to extend my check- out a couple of hours due to another relative I had to see!!! Michelle Mitchell, in particular, was so welcoming and helpful!! I do wish the bistro offerings would have been available throughout the day. i

The place was under renovation with a lot of dirt and items being moved in and out. early morning renovation noise as well The breakfast was included but the staff were not helpful at all

Location, & very helpful staff. Hotel was going thru some updating & rehabbing, so there was a lot of loud banging during daytime hours. Also, outside of hotel had lots of construction debris as a result. I'm sure this will only be a temporary issue.

The hotel is in terrible condition. I was assigned a room on the 3rd where there were active renovation going on. As soon s the elevator doors open to the floor there was construction plastic with thick dusts on the floor that lined the entire hallway. The walls had big holes where all the pipes were visible. Sheetrocks lined the hallway along with other construction materials and equipment. There were big pales of construction buckets filled with dirty water. The environment was so dusty and smelly that I immediately started sneezing and coughing. The only solution that the assistant manager said he could offer was me Benadryl or check out, but I would still be responsible to pay for the room. It was really late and I had an event to be at and because it was the long weekend all the hotels in the area were fully booked. He alleged that I was notified by email of the construction which was a lie, which he then admitted to not sending me the email, then he said the hotel Website post the current condition, which was another lie, the site stated that the hotel is currently undergoing guestroom renovations, noise from the renovation may be audible during 7am-9pm. It did not say the hallways were under construction and you have to walk through thick dusty hazardous construction site to get to your hotel room or that construction materials lined the hallway. He also said the Expedia notified all their customers which was another lie. I would never stay here again.

Hotel is currently under remodel. It was difficult to work or think with the noise. The staff was fantastic, remodels are loud but necessary.

The room was recently renovated. There was splatters on the wall in the bathroom and possible mold on the ceiling. The shower head was not set in a way that it could hit a body, only my head. I had to hold it in my hand to clean up. Bathroom was unacceptable

Pool was closed. We did not get the King room reserved or a rate change. Construction was directly above our room so we lost sleep and relaxation (above the 85db requiring hearing protection). Our room was actually damaged by the construction. Room was only serviced when requested. Shower drained slowly and was not fixed. 2 lights in the room did not work and we're not fixed.

My review will be unique. As there was construction going on. But the hotel was not very clean. As you start looking closer you just see hair, spots, dirt and grime on about everything. The allowed hours for construction was insane 7AM-9PM and those poor guys worked every minute of it, but it made the hotel impossible to relax until right before bed. If I were going back I would not stay here again.

Location was good. Would like to have known the hotel was under construction. It was very loud. Didn’t eat breakfast because it wasn’t included, so went out to eat.

I booked this room super last minute due to a missed flight. When I arrived, I discovered that the hotel was under construction. I was given a room on the second floor and when I arrived, the entire floor outside of my room was covered in dust and there was construction equipment all over the place. While in my room, I was unable to relax because the construction noise was so loud. I had to go sit in the lobby for a while, going back and forth to the room to see if the noise had subsided. By 8pm, the noise was so loud that my head hurt. I spoke with the manager and expressed my concerns. At no point during the booking process was it clear that there would be construction. He told me that he would process a refund, but I have not received one as of today. I have tried to follow-up twice to no avail. In no world should I have had to pay for a hotel room that I was unable to be in comfortably until 9pm, that was surrounded by construction equipment and dust. With all this said, Michelle at the front desk was an absolute delight.

The property is undergoing physical renovations so lots of moving parts like TV remote not working, body wash not stocked, AC not going above a certain temperature despite reset. Staff was very nice.

We arrived the hotel and there is no room ready for us. The first room was under maintenance and the second room is not cleaned. We requested a cancellation for the room. The front desk said the refund is processed but I never received the refund! Avoid this place.

location lighting in hotel not adequate. could not read anything without a flashlight. Construction noise, construction mess. no towel bar in bathroom. no breakfast provided.
