The young woman at the front desk was excellent—a true one-woman team. She managed the front desk, cleaned rooms, drove guests around, and trained staff. Breakfast was not available as advertised. The hotel is very dated and could use a complete renovation. The staff is doing its best, but they can only do so much.

Place was not very nice inside, no appeal. No microwave in units, fridge light was on all night, had to cover we with 2 towels fire alarm went off at 10:30 at night , just awful. No internet. Never again.

Leaving the hotel! They should not call this hotel "Quality Inn" It should be called "Dump Hotel" Everything! The web site shows this nice hotel until you walk in. They even show free breakfast. Guess what they don't have one. This place should be torn down and replaced with a real "Quality hotel. Hair dryer did not work, rug in the room was dirty, tiles in the bathroom were falling off.

This was beyond disappointing. Place is basically under construction. No breakfast, no gym. Hot water was meh. Some sort of slime on the floor when we walked into our room. Bathroom door and shower door would not close right. TV would turn on but couldn’t change channels or anything. Stayed in plenty of rough hotels and none were this bad. Front desk was notified of all of this and just said they would let them know of the concerns.

You get what you pay for.. Needs a remodel. Was quiet and the bed was comfy.

There was no breakfast like advertised. They pre charged my card and I had to file a complaint with my bank to get my money back. No one came to clean the room

Close to the airport Poor condition of the room-room carpet was very stained, curtains, falling off of the track, shower drained very slowly, etc. desk staff cordial but without proper etiquette- walking around with unlit cigarette in hand, entire hotel smelled of marijuana

No breakfast, maintenance started construction on the room next to us and even though the room was closed for repairs people were in and out of the closed room all through out the night, We had to call the Police several time. Worst hotel stay EVER! Worst Hotel stay Ever

The bed was comfortable Paid to have breakfast and was told there was breakfast online and when we arrived no breakfast no coffee in lobby ever. Definitely needs some updates and new flooring through out whole hotel but they are working on remodeling by the looks of the lobby.

I didn’t like the hotel because there were beer bottles and trash in the hallways and outside the doors. Ice machine front cover fell off on my foot and wss filthy on the inside very unsanitary. Mold on the bathroom tiles. I was very unsatisfied in QI.

There was a fight in the hallway between the night auditor and a guest at 3 am. Waking up other guests. This was after an issue at the front desk earlier with a guy and the police were called. The hotel is run down. Rooms smell horrible and the water pressure in the shower is horrible. The complimentary breakfast was not available for unannounced renovations.

Exceptional

We had a flight delay leaving Buffalo and needed a hotel for the night. We booked this hotel for the night. When we arrived, the girl behind the counter was on her phone. There was a sign at the desk that the complimentary breakfast was unavailable due to renovations. We gave the girl our card, booked a shuttle to the airport for the morning, and headed to our room. The hallway was poorly lit and our overall perception was that no one cared about the property. We went into the room and stayed for about 15-20 minutes. We immediately went back to the front desk and handed our keys back and told the girl behind the desk we wouldn’t need the shuttle to the airport because we were leaving and finding somewhere else to stay. She didn’t ask what was wrong, if she could do anything to make it better, etc. Just took our room keys and let us walk out. Highly disappointed in everything about this hotel.

Location Rugs were stained and disgusting, fitness room was locked with no equipment inside, advertised included hot breakfast was not offered.
