The floor was caked with dirt on the bathroom tile. It was incredibly dusty, especially behind the TV. It was like a labyrinth to find my room. It was nearly empty yet the put me on the top floor as far back as possible and there wasn't an elevator. I felt things crawling on me through the night, I'm guessing bed bugs and I brought and used my own pillows and blankets. Discolored walls and mismatched paint.

The A/C didn’t work well as it gave a burning smell. I had to turn it off.

VERY rundown. Chair in room was covered in stains. Moved mattresses away from headboard and one had blood under it and both had hair. I ended up using my own sheets and lysoling the whole room. Gross

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. I was waiting at the front desk to check in when the lady sitting in a recliner was talking to someone and charging their cell phone. After a few minutes she decided to help me. The room was very dingy and dirty. Many drawers were left open and dust and debris in each drawer. The couch and chairs had spots on them. Marks on every wall from scraping who knows what on it. I did not get under the sheets because there were spots on the comforter. I was grateful I did not have a black light to see how clean the sheets and comforter really were. The TV would not turn on. I turned the air airconditioner off because I did not trust that it was cleaned since they put it in. There were noises through out the night in the hall way. I did not use the shower because it was stained. The doors had obvious wear and tear from people putting pressure on the chain locks. As I was leaving the next morning I had to call someone because there was no one to check me out at 8am.

I’m not sure how this hotel has a 7.0 rating on Hotels.com. The property is very run-down, and it appears that very little maintenance has been done. My room had absolutely no furniture aside from a bed and a desk. The walls were covered in food spills, and the radiator was heavily rusted and appeared to be falling apart. Overall, the condition of the property was disappointing and did not match what I would expect from a hotel with a 7.0 rating. I would strongly recommend that management invest in basic maintenance, cleanliness, and furnishing to improve the guest experience. It was a tidy and comfortable room for a 2-star motel. Nice bed, good shower. I would stay there again.

not sure about all the good reviews with 5 stars. place was not maintained. showed bathroom was with broken parts/pieces, rust, water in corners. there is very unusual strong smell in the room as most other pointed out. I am guessing from whatever the cleaning solution they use.

The whole building smells like smoke and the coffee area was dirty

Everything was okay for the price but no TV service for 2 days

On 9/26 when I chose this hotel, I did so because it had a rating of 8 out of 10. That was undeserved. I would have given this a 5 out of 10. It was run down, no coffee pot in the room so I couldn't make tea with my own water, cheap pillows, broken door lock chain, cheap complimentary soap. However, the staff did what was expected, it had a mattress encased in a protective bag, a nice fridge/freezer, and TV. It was a discount hotel with free parking and quiet rooms. That is enough for most. But honestly, had the ratings been an accurate 5 out of 10 then I wouldn't have stayed here simply because I can afford more.

Room was clean. Everything fine for the price. Kind of a "tired" property, but again, price and location ok.
