Smelled good. There weren't any cups by 9:00 a.m. Clean towels for the second night would have been nice. I made reservations and had confirmation numbers. After driving more than four hours to get there I was told they didn't have any rooms. The person told me I needed to call first....I had reservations! I had confirmation numbers for both nights! It was dark by then...I drove and my husband has cancer and recently had a stroke in early September, then to be told we didn't have a room. Just a little upset!

The entire hotel was under restoration, primarily the exterior during our stay. I had requested an ADA room when I made our 1 night reservation, however our ground level room was not...standard toilet and tub. On-site manager ran down to check our room, said foam particles blew into our room when she opened the door, quickly removed debris, but there were still some left. Room needed to be detailed from sloppy painting, chaulking, remodeling, bathroom light switch plate with 1/2" gap, unable to use charging cords in table lamps, with added features for electronics. Would recommend all first floor rooms be updated to ADA standards during their remodeling to accommodate more ADA travelers: families with special needs children, veterans, adults and seniors. If you say you are the Best, you needs to be the BEST!

This Hotel refuses to return my $60 cash deposit. I drove there twice and they still won’t give me my money.

Id stay there again cuz ive had worse Very nice room. Good breakfast. Elevator was intermittent. Staff was really good actually, except one... You could tell she really didn't want to be there. The day I had showed up they just finished up on repainting a whole bunch of outdoor stuff , looked nice, although there was over spray in many areas. the place was never swept in the three days that I was there. The same litter and trash on the ground was there the whole time I was there. No signal on the tv , although everything was plugged in.

Let's see. The luggage cart didn't work, one of its casters is falling off. The room clearly hadnt even been swept in who knows how long, there was debris all over the floor. Peeling back the sheets/comforter was a gross mistake - there appeared to be semen stains all over the mattress cover. Fortunately, at least, the mattress cover showed no signs of bed bugs, so I guess that's a win. Overall, the room was filthy and it was disappointing to pay to stay there.

This hotel was so filthy that my socks were BLACK from walking on the carpet! The bathtub was DISGUSTING !

It was absolutely terrible. The first room I went into had stains on the bed. Tissues on the floor, towels in the bathtub. The air-conditioning was also unplugged, broken, and there were no outlets in the room. I was given another room… & that room was equally as gross. Also, no outlets to charge your phone or anything. The staff were honestly nothing short but evil. Almost felt like they enjoyed being so unhelpful. Ugh.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever been to. The smell made be gag. Yes the prices are cheap, but do not book.

this place isn't just under construction, it is somewhat unsafe structurally and highly understaffed.... but I did not find cockroaches or dirty dishes etc. it's simply unnecessarily dilapidated and in my opinion it shouldn't be rented to people while they are going through this process if they're not going to keep it clean and safe.

Barely any hot water. First room given was a smoking room. Second room, exterior was being painted and extetior window still masked over. Third room had a defective door latch. Fourth room, receptionist keyed the wrong room key. Faucet leaked. Rude person checked me in (stayed talking on ear cell phone with friend the entire time. Parking lot overhead lights out. Accosted by panhandler in parking lot. Under construction: cables dangling and cut styrofoam insulation everywhere. Poor to none wifi. Housekeeping never showed up. Very limited TV channel selection. You get what you pay for. Stay away from this stinker. Great location right off highway and near airport. Restaurants nearby. Ikea right across the street. Other residents very quiet. Temperature control worked and was fine.

The beds are nice

Absolutely horrible experience. I called the hotel about 30 minutes out, and they told me they were overbooked and had to cancel my room. 2 days later I get charged $80 no show fee. I’ve called them 20+ times now and just get the manager run around. I still have yet to get my $ back. Never book here.

The hot water heater went out twice and the styrofoam they were putting in the pillars left little beads all over the place that blew into the room when you would open the door. The toilet in my room would constantly run throughout the night. My room key would reset itself every afternoon so I’d have to go down to the front desk to get a new code. The staff themselves were very helpful and accommodating however.

The rooms smelled straight out cigarette smell, dirty, and mold.
