Quality Inn Hall of Fame

Our only complaint is that no one ever cleaned the room or emptied trash while we were there. 3 days. For the price, it was a good deal however.

Well they gave me a room with a shower without water. Then offered me a refund, but ghosted me when I called about it. Dishonest manager and overall a pretty bad experience.

No handicap accessibility was very difficult for my wife and I

Communicating with hotel staff made checking in and booking difficult. Hotel lobby and hallways were cluttered. Room was overall clean but did have a strong cigarette odor, despite staying in a non-smoking room.

Unclean bathroom, difficult to communicate. Poor mattresses. Recent facility updates clash with the use of common areas and hallways for hotel storage.

The parking availability was good. The room was clean, air conditioning worked. The staff were very friendly and when my key card quit working - they fixed the issue. The breakfast was good overall. I appreciate that it was located across the street from Dunkin Donuts and I could walk there in the morning to get coffee. Our room was on the third floor and the stairs are steep. Since I didn’t realize the building does not have an elevator I would have requested a room on a lower level.

The pictures did not match the descriptions! It wasn’t clean, the shower wasn’t clean. Don’t sleep under the covers.

Easy in easy out There wasn’t any fitness room like it described in our listing the room was overly hot no air was turned on prior to our arrival as most motels do for their guests

The breakfast was amazing and fresh Had to wait about 15 minutes for the front desk lady to come fix some more eggs after they ran out but overall it’s was good.

The hotel smells straight up like marijuana fields from the front desk to your room. Rooms are very outdated and filthy.

Close to highway Room AC barely worked, fixtures worn, bathroom and bath tub unclean and worn out.

The beds were horrible. They were as hard as a road. And were not very secure they were portable they didn't have a base. When you turned over they made loud noises. The hotel was very close to our event so that was the biggest plus to our visit but the bed situation was horrible.

Clean, neat. TV did not work. Asked for assistance but no one came to check it.

I don't recommend even though it's inexpensive. Tub was disgustingly dirty( had to put a towel down in the tub), they never replaced the in room coffee( the open coffee wrapper was still there).The hairdryer didn't work( I asked the front desk, she said the maintenance guy would be in an hour from now) and would replace it but we needed to check out before then. Just terrible.

That it was close to restaurants and shops. Plus not far from the Tom benson stadium. It was outdated the bed was not that great could be updated
