The overall state was nice however, it was a bit stressful we got there around 5pm and there weren’t rooms ready so we didn’t get into a room until closer to 7:00pm.. they did however accommodate us with free drink coupons and free cookies… once we got in our rooms this day was very nice thank you

I saw some ants in the bed. Except that everything was good.

The staff is AMAZING. From the front desk to the house keeping, so amazing. very communicative and customer service was top tier. 10/10. the room itself had some wear and tear but nothing terrible, couple stains on walls. Honestly perfect location from Crypto arena & Sofi stadium! had a great stay.

When I arrived at check in I received a key, I went to the room and the key didn’t work so I called the front desk and they insisted I come back down to get. Replacement key instead of sending a staff member up with the replacement . I had to haul all my bags back down and also wait in line again which took over 30 minutes. I received a second key and the same thing. I waited in line for a second time for 10 minutes. All this caused me to be late to event Reasonable accommodation wasn’t made
