Staff was very accommodating to our schedule and allowed us to extend our stay 2 times and even extended our check out times as we firmed up our plans. This helped us immensely. Property well situated with lots of amenities nearby. Property facilities were great.

The staff, the room size and the amenities. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable.

We have stayed at this property several times, and every time is a good experience. Nice pool, close to many restaurants and shops, easy to get in and out. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We will stay there again.

Staff needs to be allot more friendlier and helpful. The room had an empty child’s milk container in the floor in the corner near the window when we arrived. I asked for a room with a view top floor. Got a room bottom floor no view very busy foot traffic

I know this was out of your control but the electricity went off for about 6 hours and the next day we had no tv or internet most of the day

I wouldn’t call it a breakfast buffet as advertised. Probably the worst “free breakfast” contrary to all the good reviews about it. Otherwise everything else was okay.

Nice clean hotel, friendly accommodative staff. The shower head in the room was horrible, some of the outlets didn’t work. Hotel rates due to the location not worth $179 - $200 a night.
