Very good

Overall the property was very clean, breakfast was decent and ready promptly at 6:00am. I was a little surprised that I have two staff ask me about what room I was in so they could clean and also the shower wall was not clean. I saw hair on the shower wall that was not mine.

A nice clean place with breakfast near Cedar Rapids. Was a quick trip for a football game, A great location!!

It was located really close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Just outdated, but nothing negative.

The floor in the room was stained, sticky in places and felt damp. And sorry but smelled not great…It is a room with a tub in the room itself so that could be why felt damp… the bathroom shower area had definite mold issues and the shower head was not ideal (it could come off but that was the only way to adjust). I am sorry to be harsh but it was rough. It was parents weekend at Iowa so it was a cheaper stay but was still far more than we would have paid for that experience if we had known. The staff was kind and pleasant.

The staff was very courteous and helpful finding a good place to eat. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and well stocked.

An adequate stay. AC is too strong and can’t turn down. Not very efficient.

The water pressure was low in the bathroom. Big stain on rug. Breakfast just normal. Shuttle was good. Need some mugs for hot drinks.

Archie was awesome. He was running the front desk and went over and above what he needed to do to accommodate us. The only negative we had was that some of the main TV station had no signal on football Sunday. Archie did offer to move us.

When I arrived and checked in (10:15 pm)the front desk staff checked me in. Then I asked about the hours for hot tub. He stated the hot tub was out of order as of 10:00 pm. I stated the only reason I booked the hotel and didn’t travel the hour home was to enjoy the hot tub after the IOWA football game. I asked for a discount and he told me he couldn’t authorize one. Then a man checking in behind me started to harass me and the staff didn’t step in to deeacalate the man. I won’t stay here ever again and don’t suggest you do either. I have a right to express me dissatisfaction at the time of check in. Had I been told prior to giving my card information I would have left and not been out the money. As it stands I stayed the night because I paid for it and left early in the morning. I will report this to Hotels.com

Was not able to use the hot tub as it was down for maintenance. The breakfast was good and the facility was clean and well maintained.

Overall if you are looking for a budget hotel this one is good. It did have a weird smell like old maybe. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is only about four minutes from the Airport. The room was clean. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and there was coffee ready to go at 3am. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable. The refrigerator clicked and buzzed throughout the night. Noise could be heard from other rooms.
