SpringHill by Marriott Centreville/Chantilly

You can tell the hotel is older. The carpet on our room was wrinkle in the kitchen area and torn elsewhere. It had a musty smell and found a few bugs in the bathroom area. We like Marriott properties, but this one was low on the scale to the others we have stayed in.

Everyone was very friendly

The location was perfect walkable to restaurants and grocery stores, ample spaces for parking our moving truck and when you enter the buildings it smells great. The room was dark and gloomy, the AC was very loud and the room is very dated. We stayed for 6 nights and they only cleaned our room once, and never replaced our towels that was on the floor. The food was ok. We ate only once. There was only 1 working elevator.

Superb

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has plenty of choice from lightweight snacks and fruit to cooked breakfast patty and scrambled eggs. Parking isn’t a problem, you can always find somewhere even when it’s busy. Our room was fine the first couple of days then we noticed a few ants around the bathroom and sink in the main room area. Mentioned this to the staff member at the desk and she said they’d deal with it. Been here before and haven’t had that issue previously. Otherwise the room is fine, with fridge and microwave and coffee makings.

The staff was extremely friendly even with us checking in after midnight. Highly recommend.

Room was clean, but slightly noisy due to being next to the electrical box outside. Breakfast was typical of a continental breakfast; fine but nothing to write home about.

A great place to spend a night after a late arrival at Dulles airport and have a leisurely breakfast next morning. Easy parking outside, comfortable beds, good value for money. Quieter AC in the bedroom would be nice, but it really wasn't a problem.

The location was good. Our room on the Fourth floor had an ant problem which ruined some of the stuff I bought. The rooms are outdated. The elevator apparently has been broken for years according to other comments. The staff is rude. It took 3 requests to get an extra pillow. We had a plumbing issue right when we got into the room. The front desk blamed us for clogging it, but it was a pressure issue. When we returned a few hours later, we asked if it was fixed yet only to be told no, that several other people all reported the same issue, so theirs are being fixed first.

Aints everywhere

I stayed two nights for a wedding in manassas and the hotel and staff were fantastic. The breakfast was basic and did the job. There were times where the TV would refuse to work but overall always appreciate how spacious the rooms are. Would stay again if needed. We did however have very loud upstairs neighbors.

The website for this hotel shows an indoor pool. This hotel does not have a pool. I reserved a room with 2 queen size beds. The website for this hotel shows rooms with queen size beds. This hotel does not have any rooms with queen size beds. They should update the website to correctly show there is no pool and there are no rooms with queen size beds. Very disappointing to say the least.

Very good

Very friendly, professional, accommodating staff. Room was very nice and very clean. Loved the breakfast, good selection, freshly prepared, nice presentation, the buffet area was kept extra clean, good coffee as well! Loved everything about my stay. Repeat customer, will return!
