GreenTree Hotel & Extended Stay I-10 FWY Houston, Channelview, Baytown

I’ve stayed at this property quite a few times and it’s always been a great stay

We loved our stay, the bed was comfortable, mini fridge was cold, a deep luxurious bathtub perfect for soaking, pool was clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Loved the manager he was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy and well lit up

For tye

There was a large cockroach in our bathroom. The breakfast was dried out and burnt.

It was a great stay there in the last two months I have stayed in a few different hotels and by far this was the nicest the cleanest and the best staffed one I have been in

Clean room, awesome pool and lobby bar!

Really warm welcome. Great room - would benefit from a more modern bathroom and at least one USB charging point but otherwise great. Convenient on-site parking and easy access to interstate. Great breakfast in a very comfortable and spacious lobby. Very little!

Exceptional

The only bad thing was the smoking from the bar. It would be so much better if it was not there

Mike was very helpful and a wonderful manger he was very helpful with discussing daily rates.

Ok I admit that the night I arrived I was pretty nervous, and although I bought air fresheners the next day due to the smell in the room it actually turned out to be not so bad. The staff was great, the breakfast was pretty good and frankly, for the price it isn't a bad option.

It was nice but the rules are a little ridiculous, I have fan8ly in t h e area and wanting to charge 15 dollars a head to come visit is ridiculous especially for a 3 and 5 year old .
