Aloft by Marriott Chapel Hill

Toilet was broken in the initial room I was given, but was very quickly moved into a new room where everything was perfect!

Room and bathroom is clean. Unless you like musky men’s cologne, I’d recommend packing your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I stayed 2 nights for a business trip and no room cleaning or change of towels. Breakfast items are limited. No restaurants on site, only a bar.

Great place to spend the night to be close to the hospital for our granddaughter's surgery...so nice and clean and friendly staff...

Fast check in and out. Rooms were clean! Close to the hospital which was the reason for my stay. Friendly staff! Great experience and would recommend!

No housekeeping serviced our room. We stayed two nights. Didn’t like the bathroom door OR the somewhat see through wall in shower. Probably won’t stay here again.

The room was extremely cold and we had trouble getting it comfortable. Also there was a dog on our floor that continued to bark.

It was clean and the layout of the room was awesome. The parking

Clean room and good location for eating out.

Freezing cold. Beds so uncomfortable I got no sleep at all. Lackadaisical staff at desk.

Has good Restaurant near

I always stay here when I’m in Chapel Hill. It’s so convenient to the college and everything else as well. Very clean and comfortable.

Easy check in and check out. Extremely quiet and clean. Thank you so much.

Very comfortable and covenant to everything. Great Staff. Very friendly and helpful

I’ve stayed here several times. The bar is hardly ever open. This stay the bar was open but they had almost no alcohol available. The bartender said someone forgot to order alcohol.

nothing Everything was bad, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful

Clean room.

They don't have enough parking. You have to park on the street. Very dangerous and in convenient. Won't go back.

The rooms and the common areas were very clean. Nice hotel. At the time they appeared to be training some staff. I was not happy with our room. I had intentionally booked a king room. We arrived 10 minutes prior to check in time only to be given a double room. When we complained we were told all the king rooms had already been given out.

Very clean!

Very rude staff members, I called to understand how the holding amount was processed, the management himself hung up on me, without even explaining to me, I felt insulted and disrespected after leaving there to support, the management need to fired. Very very rude
