Our room had no heat & the door on the bottom & side you could see light so air was coming through. The floor was dirty & the sheets had stains. We left a day early because of no heat & we were informed we wouldn’t get a refund because we went through Expedia & they never refund. I’m disappointed in the service on both sides. I will look for the review.

The location was perfect! The smell of the room hits you as soon as you open the door. Splashes of unknown substance on the walls, bathroom counter and mirror visibly dirty looks like toothpaste from other guests when they brush their teeth, tub caulking has mold all around it, one towel and pillowcase looks like it wasn’t washed properly. I could smell cigarette smoke in the room from other guest outside smoking, even though the door was closed. From The first appearance we couldn’t eat the breakfast because I am wondering about where the food was prepared if it was clean.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Bed was firm and comfy. Air conditioner filters were very dirty and near disintegrated

Staff was nice. Good breakfast. Had to change rooms since the bedding sheets had chunks of blood or something and stains. Toilet did not work second day.

Location Room no A/C was broken had to change rooms. Guy running office @ night needs to do better job taking care of paying customers trying to check in.

Needs updating. Bathtub was moldy. Walls needed paint. The place was clean but a little seedy.

The hotel is short on staff and it is readily apparent. I checked in at nearly 5pm and many rooms hadn’t been cleaned yet. While the room I was eventually given was clean, the property is clearly dated and in need of renovations. Not at all what I expect from a Wyndham property.

Property was clean and very convenient to casino and local restaurants. Would recommend going there again when visiting the area.
