The sewage smell was coming back up into the pipes. I couldn't stop sneezing the entire time I was there due to the air quality. I noticed so much pubic hair/mold/mildew in the shower. The bathroom ventilation wasn't great and from the look of it the dust had accumulated excessively as the fan/light was on.

Staff was friendly, good central location on Daniel Island. Room was clean, well appointed.

Great stay. Can't complain. Would book this hotel again without hesitation.

The hotel itself was great as always..BUT!! For three days they kept calling me to confirm. On the morning of my reservation they called telling me first come first serve..if I didnt get there right away I wouldn't have my rooms. They were overbooked. It was a awful conversation too long to tell the whole story but ruined my day.

I booked this property and paid for it in advance through Expedia so I could have a convenient location near our concert venue. When I arrived the staff said our room was overbooked and was not available. Is that not theft? I paid in full for something i did not get? The staff was rude and told me the manager was not answering her phone. After 3 hours i was told there was no manager available by phone or on site until the next day.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying here. Rooms are nice and clean. There are stores and restaurants in walking distance. We were there to see Hayley Williams at the stadium nearby on Sept 6th. The guy who worked that afternoon/evening at check-in was helpful and so nice!

First room had issues with yhe A/C. Maintenance was right on top of it. Unfortunately, couldnt get it fixed right away, so they moved is to a different room without any hesitation. That room was great. Pool was great. Location of hotel is great for exploring Charleston and surrounding areas.

Room was clean but carpet had an odor - carpet in the rooms should be power washed and sanitized since pets are allowed to stay. The bed linen was a bit old looking and had a bit of an odor too (mold?). Bed pillows were too soft and had an uncomfortable odor. Breakfast was very good, we appreciate the variety of foods available-this has definitely improved over the last few years! Food seemed better quality and fresher too! Staff was amazing, they helped us with any request with kindness.

The staff and management really worked with on moving the reservation dates. Everyone we interacted with was gracious and polite.

Wonderful staff!

Location was great in a safe, clean community with plenty of restaurants, had a grocery very close! The beds were comfortable, the pool area was very clean, and the food was good in the mornings. We stayed for baseball tournaments. We were 20 mins from ShipYard parks and also 20 mins from the College of Charleston. I thought the price was a little high.

I wish there were more options for breakfast and that the woman who ran the kitchen was a bit more friendly. Everything seemed like an inconvenience to her.

Always enjoy my stay at this quiet, clean, convenient property.
