Four Points by Sheraton Charlotte Airport

Good that it was close to the airport and the price was reasonable. No bathroom mirror-off the wall, sitting in the room... and woke up to find BED BUGS crawling on the comforter! And a dead one on the window sill! Fumigate the room...

We had reservations for a king room. When we got there we were given a room with 2 double beds. When I went to the front desk the clerk snarly told me that my confirmation number meant nothing and that there were no other king rooms available. Clerk told me if I didn't like the room i could cancel my reservation. I went back to the room we discovered that both of the beds were broken. When we checked out we observed that the pillars holding up the hotel signwere destroyed and were barely holding up the sign.

The broken glass on the exit door is shattered very dangerous the parking lot trash needs to be picked up daily. Other than that nice stay..FYI. shampoo the carpet in the rooms.

Just need to keep parking lot clean and shampoo the carpet in the rooms..

The door didnt lock, the remote was growing something. The shower was filled with mold. I had to kill a cockroach on the wall, lots of holes in the walls. Would not walk on carpet without my shoes, disgusting! Pretty sure sheets were made of sandpaper. Worst experience of my life!

First room the hair dryer didnt work so we were moved to another room instead of given a different hair dryer. 2nd room had connecting rooms, TV channels barely worked, toilet broke, COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE, babies to roaches the size of a lighter. Front desk staff leaves at night, morning staff has no manners. DISGUSTING!

The grass needs to be cut and the carpet in the room I was staying hasn't been properly cleaned in awhile.. it was a hole in the wall by the a/c unit.. lobby was clean

I stayed on the first floor, down from the front desk, and the door wouldn't lock. The bathroom shower was dirty, i took pictures. The carpet was dinghy. I didn't sleep at all, since my door wasn't locked.

At least the room was located close to the exit- couldn¿t get out of there fast enough Everything. Horrible horrible experience. When I booked the room, the website stated airport shuttle ( on request) and breakfast. NO SHUTTLE, no breakfast.Desk attendant was on phone with a personal call the entire time she checked me in.

The entire experience with the property was unpleasant. When we arrived, we needed to use the restroom and we were told there was not one there. Upon entering our room, the smell of old smoke was overwhelming. The carpet was very dirty. The whole room was in such a state we could not stay there. We felt it would be hazardous to our health. When I explained to the clerk we would not be staying and wanted a refund, she said ok and proceeded to hand me a receipt indicating that we were still being charged. When I questioned this I received no explanation of why. Very disappointed in this property and the staff.

They advertise free continental breathless but don't have any breakfast. There are no vending machines either. This hotel will give you the bare minimum

The staff were helpful. The lock on the door didn't work and the ceiling was peeling.

Very dirty, the elevator smelled, cheap. One coffee in the room n had to ask for more towels. Very chipped bathroom. Unkept.

Except for the fact there were no insects this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I had stayed at a Baymont before and did not read the reviews because I expected they had the same standards. There were stained linens, the promised breakfast was never served on any day, there was only coffee, regular, from a dirty carafe, there were no lids for the coffee cups, the place was dirty, it was shabby, the key stopped working day 1, it was fixed but I was told it was my fault for leaving it near my phone, the staff was unfriendly, some heavy machinery in building was operated at night vibrating the building and making noise, and shaking items in the room, yes that WAS weird. It looked liked nothing was ever washed, there was debris in the corner of the elevator. They Literally cannot be trying to run it well. It is run like they do not want actual guests. I decided to stay because there were no bugs and the bed was ok comfort wise and I was booked with multiple meetings I did not have time to bother with a move. I asked for a late check out due to the meeting's schedule and I was not traveling alone, and despite the fact the hotel was basically empty, no surprise, I was only given until noon. At 11:30 while I was on the way back to the hotel I got a call from my elderly husband that a staff member was demanding he leave right then. No one communicated we had been granted a late check out. No one was at the desk on Saturday at all. The front door was never locked. Just don't.

The room was clean and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was not. It smelled and was very run down. Didn't serve any breakfast. Ice machine broke. Elevator button broke. Cheap place to sleep but that's it.

Bed was broken, they offered us another room. When we got to the other room the door was open and the room was dirty.

Full hotel but literally no noise like you have the hotel to yourself perfect for unwinding.

Met some awesome people staying there. The hallway smelled like Marijuana smoke, sheets were dirty upon arrival and there was no breakfast as advertised. After checkout i received an email about payment eventhough my money was taken plus a$100 deposit. Last time staying at this property.

I didn¿t like anything about this hotel The hotel Room itself was decent but as far as hallways it was absolutely filthy. Elevator was broke too.
