Gorgeous hotel. Convenient location. Staff were amazing. We had dinner at the restaurant onsite. The food and cocktails were so good. Later in the evening we went to the rooftop lounge for cocktails and late-night appetizers. Great experience overall.

Exceptional

Clean room, great check in experience, fabulous decor, and Great location. Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant.

All great. Valet parking was a problem. Need a better process.

Staff was what I call rude/polite. They said sir and things like that but ignored us when we walked up to the front desk to check-in and they didn’t have adequate help for valet that cost $50. For a $345 night hotel plus $50 valet, staff could be more friendly. Smile a little or get out of the hospitality business.

Room was well decorated and clean. Restaurant and bar were both great, couldn’t have enjoyed our stay anymore.

Beautiful hotel, well situated in the heart of downtown. There’s a very nice restaurant and rooftop bar on site. The cleanliness of our room was a little lacking. Over all, I would give this place another chance.

The room was excellent. The security was great. You had to have a key card to get on the elevator on the first floor and you had to select your floor from the outside of the elevator. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice property and very conveniently located if you are attending a sports event or major concert.

A wedding reception took all the attention. The basic guests feel ignored and unwelcomed.

A well-designed hotel that’s clean and comfortable. Had a great massage in the spa and a nice brunch in the restaurant downstairs. But if you’re looking for a quiet spot, this may not be for you - very loud street noises, tons of hallway foot traffic and elevator pings all night long.

Great stay in Charlotte for the price.

The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean the areas that we used were exceptional. Only one problem I had was with the Spa not explaining that the 20% add-on was the pay for the masseuses. So 289 for a massage going to the hotel was extremely high.
