The hotel is OK, but the breakfast was very average. There is not much in walking distance from the hotel.

Quick airport shuttle and free breakfast a plus

Ahmed, our shuttle driver was the kindest, most relational person we encountered on our trip! He communicated clearly and honored every passengers at that late hour. Gluten free breakfast options for people with celiac disease.

The spacious room had plenty of storage. The problem started with the 1:20 AM fire alarm. Thankfully there was no fire, but the lobby area was flooded from broken plumbing. We were able to get back to the room and get a few more hours of sleep. When we woke, we learned that the hotel had no water. So, what was intended to be a peaceful retreat after a long international flight turned into the opposite. When I went to the front desk, the female staff member gave me a dismissive apology for the inconveniences and sent me on my way. I am sorry to express disappointment about this terrible experience.

They didn’t have my reservation, they wouldn’t accept my booking through hotels.com, my confirmation # was under another persons name. The night staff was helpful, the day staff was awful, unprofessional, and rude!

I was a reck coming from the Quality Inn with water bugs & spiders 🕷️ greeting me. I booked the Hampton Inn. When I arrived I had my pants inside out. My appearance look very haggard. I was visibly upset and crying and the desk clerk asked for my credentials. She noticed my composure and said check-in is not until 3 o’clock. Is there something wrong ? I explained the situation and she said let me see If I can get you in a room sooner. I some coffee & breakfast. Before I was finished with my meal. I had a room & no spiders Or bugs, just a clean well maintained room. I thanked this amazing beautiful angel. Desk Clerk Shantay assured me. that I would be taken care of. Thank You again Hampton, by Hilton.

While the TV stopped working, the rest of the hotel was pleasant, especially the gym.

Breakfast attendant was fabulous!!! Housekeeping was fabulous! Overnight front desk not so much. But good stay overall.

The short distance to CLT airport, convenience and safe environment. Our air conditioner was making noise and made it hard to sleep. We arrived rather late and were leaving early the next day, so I did not report the problem.

Very nice hotel. Extremely clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Perfect location if parking car off site from Charlotte airport. Breakfast area was clean and food was very good.

Staff was excellent. Plenty of shuttle offerings and an early breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable.
