JW Marriott Charlotte

In town for a conference at the convention center. The JW Marriott is a beautiful hotel with excellent restaurants. We enjoyed both the pool and the gym. The is also plenty to do in the area and even more great restaurants in easy walking distance.

Nice room size. Uncomfortable beds and the valet parking. $50 to park and you have to handle online and pay for everything was unreasonable on top of the high price of the hotel.

Exceptional

The pool area bar wasn't open Friday afternoon when a lot of customers were enjoying the sun. it seemed unusual for that to have occurred. the valet parking was slow on occasions. I was promised to have my bill adjusted and it didn't occurred as promised.

Great service!

Enjoyed my stay there. Was able to eat at three of the restaurants on site. Uptown area was a cool place to walk. Overall trip was nice.

The hotel is in a great location and is very easy for a football game. I give 3 stars due to how expensive the restaurant is for quality of food and that the parking garage recirculates at 5:00 AM. SO if you come in at 4:00 and it's $30 / day then although we spent 42 hours parked, We got billed for 3 days. $90 total. It's just chumpy and I don't give chumpy nickle and diming places more than 3 stars. 1/2 lobster previously frozen lobster tail (not the full tail) was $35. Place is clean and nice view and spacious corner rooms. Staff was great.

The Hotel and staff is absolutely amazing. Wish we could give the 10 star review. Deans Italian Steakhouse might have been the greatest meal ive ever had. Treat yourself and book this Hotel

Great weekend at the JW, me and the wife had couples massages and enjoyed uptown Charlotte. 10/10 will be back, I just have one question,what kind of pillows do you all use ?I slept like a baby!

It was a nice spot in the center of everything. They gave complimentary tickets to several attractions in the area.
