Spark by Hilton Charlotte Airport North

Hotel is an old LA Quinta that has been remodeled. Dark blue color scheme is pretty awful. Room was OK. Certainly nothing special. Breakfast was minimal, but ok.

Location The flood of the tub needed cleaning.

Very nice place. Great staff. Sabrina at the front desk was super informative about what I needed to know about Charlotte places of interest.

The doors being closed loudy at 2 in the morning

Nothing Traffic in and out, dogs inside the hotel barking all night and day, side doors unlocked with hooker drug dealers and other entering at any time, room dirty with roaches, ice machine not working front desk with no one there for long periods of times, shuttle bus not working so there was no transportation from and to the airport, piled up garbage in halls , just didn’t feel safe at all and was not willing to give a refund

It was nice and clean I didn’t like location

Close to everything Nothing

Exceptional

Very good

Hotel was still incomplete, so the smell of dirt and construction could be smelled on the 3rd floor.

They close 1/4/26 Everything

I don’t To Clean have soap and towels

It was very dirty and poorly maintained Not clean

Nothing It's so bad experience

The Location I didn't sleep or bathe, extremely careless, there was no soap, towels, toilet paper or coffee, I understand it's being remodeled, but it's not fair to treat you like this. I took a picture of the towel they gave me. The mop in my house is cleaner than the towel. I'm sorry.

Not available Clean the was no soap in bathroom and my room had no working tv

Poor

Nothing All

First room had a roach in the bathroom; second room the bathroom door was locked; third room key didn't work. Overall, very dirty and dated. I can deal with dated furniture and fixtures, but it has to be clean. This one was not.

They need an exterminator. 🪳🪳
