Deberian avisar sobre los salten que deven usar para cosinar

Loud music noise from others was not good. Detector directly above the bed would strobe bright lights at random times throughout the night which was not good. Overall the facilities in the room were great and the staff was great.

All good

The stay was great. I enjoy it

This was a very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and courageous. Would recommend especially for an overnight stay.

It was nice

Excellent short stay. Staff was very helpful

The room was clean. However the pillows in the room were terrible. But that's really my only complaint.

Excellent

Very clean, great location

The room was very clean and the staff was both friendly and helpful for everything! For a one night stay it was very great!

The rooms come with enough for anyone staying just overnight. The shower and property were a bit rundown but overall the property was clean and the staff were helpful.

It was honestly perfect! there’s a stove and microwave in the room like a little kitchen.. it was extremely clean! great snacks and the staff was really nice to me, super up close easy parking.. i wish i could have stayed longer !! this is the place i’ll stay anytime I am in Charlotte.. thank you tremendously for the hospitality !!

The location was good for us. Nice room.

Staff is nice managers are amazing friendly and ready to help and assist. This is one hotel I would recommend to anyone

The room was generally clean with the exception of the floors. The room was plain and lacking, no option for coffee in the room or in the hotel lobby area, making the overall experience feel unsatisfactory. We booked a suite with a single queen and sofa. When we checked in, I confirmed we would have a sofa and the front desk said yes it has a “loveseat.” We got in the room and we were given an efficiency room with a queen bed and a chair. We called the front desk and they said that is what they have with no option of getting a sofa because they didn’t have sofas. They did refund me $14, but I was disappointed due to having back problems and needing the sofa for comfort. Glad to say we were only there one night before taking a flight out of Charlotte airport the next morning. I don’t appreciate false advertising when trying to choose a hotel. I would have booked a different hotel in the area if it was accurately described. We slept, we left, and I will go to another place next time to ensure cleanliness and comfort.

Would stay again
