Great location and facility and staff are awesome.

Beautiful spaces Excellent rooms Staff a bit so so. Highly recommend regardless.

This was my first time staying at a Kimpton property and I was really impressed! We loved everything about it. The bath products you provided were amazing, the robes were super comfortable, the pillows and the bed were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious! And, the grounds and arboretum were gorgeous! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Rooms were nice and lobby / bar was enjoyable. Food was really nice. Long check in times, 2 hour wait to get into my room when they have my arrival time and not communicating when it kept getting delayed. Mandatory valet not well staffed and had to wait 45 minutes to then have to walk and get my own car anyways. Also a short girl who worked valet floored a car through the parking lot as we were walking to get our car.

Very nice decor. All the staff were very friendly and helpful No small shop on premises.

The room was lovely The valet was a bit of a mess this morning. The text and website were not updated well

Location was great!! My experience with booking.com was terrible! It was a bait and switch on the room rate...Booking.com booked my reservation for two nights and then modified it to one...will never use booking.com again and will tell everyone I know about what they did to me!!

The staff was fantastic, from the front desk to the valet, to the restaurants. The property is beautiful and my room was so comfortable and spacious. I will definitely be back.

Blaise is a parking attendant. I lost my wallet. He found it and returned it intact. A truly honest individual. Matt and his parking valet staff should be commended for hiring honorable people. Would go back there in a heartbeat.

The arboretum behind the hotel was gorgeous, and there is a lit walking path at night to listen to all the toads in the pond. My room was spacious with really high ceilings, good blackout curtains, and a fully enclosed shower (so many hotels these days have exposed showers that get water on the floor). Staff was helpful when I needed a a complimentary item. It’s about a 10-minute Uber to the Charlottesville main street shopping/dining area. If you are visiting the UVA Law or Business schools, or if you have a loved one in Copeley Hill Apartments, you could not be any closer than this.

This hotel was perfect!

The stay was excellent and convenient location to UVA campus and local surroundings. The property was clean and the beds were exceptionally comfy. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting UVA.
-
Stunning, bright and airy boutique hotel with equally gorgeous restaurant/bar. Exceptional staff and convenient location.
-
First class facility Nicely decorated room - Loved floor to ceiling black out curtains over extra large window with view of garden Arrived at 3 p.m. per advertised check in time but room was not ready until 4. Music in the restaurant outdoor patio was loud and heavy metal (poor choice) No coffee maker in the room - Argumentative response from the staff when we shared requested feedback about lack of in-room coffee ("Oh, if you had asked us upon arrival we would gladly bring it to your room.")

Really nice
