Great location downtown within walking distance to food and other attractions. The room was clean and fresh upon arrival. Self parking was not easily accessible so we ended up having to valet park for convenience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Stay! We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. What made our stay truly special was discovering that the Spanish National Football Team had stayed here during the 2026 World Cup! A wonderful gentleman at the front desk surprised our family with a photo featuring the team’s autographs. Our daughter was beyond happy! Such a thoughtful gesture made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for the beautiful memories and exceptional hospitality! We will definitely be back! ❤️

Fabulous hotel right in the center of it all in Downtown Chattanooga! The room was great, the staff was excellent and everything about the hotel was just amazing. We loved it there, and what a great way to show off the city and its people. Highly recommend, I know we will be returning next time we are in the area.

The hotel was nice however the breakfast was awful compared to other embassy hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff could not keep up with food and the selection wasn’t the best.

The lobby was pretty Couldn’t sleep bc all I heard was interstate traffic. The hallway had loud blaring music outside my room. The breakfast was inedible-my kids couldnt even make a waffle which is pretty standard even at 2 star hotels.

Amazing staff. The bartenders, front office, housekeeping, hospitality. Everything was amazing. I couldn’t have picked a better stay for my family. Very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Valet was truly convenient as well, very fast. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Staff very helpful. Facility very clean. Great location. Good breakfast. Forced valet parking. Rooms do not have good sound proofing. Street noise from traffic VERY loud.
