Let people know that you are going to cancel the reservation before they get there especially if they are making over a 5 hour drive

Shower did not work, property allowed drug use in parking lot from other guest, and for them to be loud constantly throughout the night , bugs were also in the room. Wasn’t satisfied at all

Room was super clean and the beds were comfy. My kids loved the indoor pool! Staff was all very friendly!

Clean room. Some wall patches noticed. Def liked having vinyl flooring instead of carpet. Good size room for our family. Thankful the pool was inside. Breakfast was nice.

I like it because it was close to some stores you didn't have to drive far to get anywhere. I didn't like that they served the same thing for breakfast all week long. If I wanted something different I had to go out and eat.

Great location Mattress was still soiled with urine from probably a pet. We tried to swap rooms but the host was not very helpful and only offered a 15% discount on one night for the urine. They said they checked the bed and changed the sheets but the mattress is what the urine had soaked into. So i left with 2 pairs of clothes soaked of some random mammals urine.
