Staff were helpful and friendly.. shuttle driver from airport was nice No restaurant or bar.. getting in late from airport means taking uber to restaurant. Also, web said shuttle to from airport. Didn't see that it started at 4 pm

Breakfast was very good with hot and cold items, good coffee, juice, etc.

We did not have breakfast. There was nothing provided for early morning flight departures. Early morning breakfast. Restaurant on premises.

They transferred to another property far away because they overbooked Service

Hotel room and breakfast very nice. We waited and waited for the shuttle bus to take us from the airport to the hotel but after 40mins wait we gave up and had to pay for a taxi.

Nice hotel close to the airport. The suite was very big and was comfortable. Quite noisy so not the best nights sleep. Breakfast was good. The airport shuttle bus was a big bonus and dropped us at the car hire place at the airport the next morning.

Conveniently located. Not a great value but it is convenient

Fabulous old estate turned hotel. Beautiful grounds. Friendly and knowledgable staff. The building is old but has been refurbished although painting is needed on exterior wood surfaces to avoid decay. Hopefully they'll put some paint on the wooden trims on the exterior before rot sets in. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future if back in the area.

At the time we checked in there were two rooms left. One facing a busy street and 1 that had a non functioning card lock. We would have to be escorted up every time we left the room together. We choose the busy street. Bad choice. It was loud!!! The room itself is clean and comfortable but we had a bad night sleep. The shuttle to the airport was quick with personable drivers who gave us advice on what to see. I would come again if I could guarentee a room not facing the street.

Location and easy access to transportation

Parking on site was available. Easy to get to Logan terminal from the hotel. Provided a very nice continental breakfast.

Great for a near airport stay. Could have used a bar/restaurant but the breakfast was fantastic. I would stay again if we find ourselves in Boston.

The room was clean. The staff was nice. I did not like the price of parking, but besides that it was a great hotel.

Clean, modern hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast with many choices. The rooms were large with a very comfortable bed. Free 10 minute shuttle ride to the airport. Stayed overnight as a hub to and from Europe. Great choice! It’s in an industrial area. They do provide a free shuttle to four restaurants in the vicinity, but if you want to go into town, you would need to Uber.

Asked for a bathtub and got a shower even after contacting the hotel. They wanted to charge 10 dollars for a microwaveable noodle bowl. They charge 30 dollars a night for parking even though you are paying them 300 a night to stay at the hotel. The only thing decent about this place was the bed. It was soft. But will never stay here again.
