Everhome Suites Cheyenne by Choice Hotels

This was a extended stay property, I was there three nights, room good, people drinking in parking lot not so good on weekends, I blame myself

Less than a 1/2 roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay . Shampoo and body wash empty. No mints at front counter anymore.

This hotel was clean and quiet and conveniently located in Cheyenne.

Clean. They did not follow the quiet hours. A room had a party up until 5am. Multiple people complained, nothing was done.

Location was good, beds comfortable. Very friendly staff! Even though they do provide coffee pots in the rooms, a small complimentary coffee bar in the lobby would be good.

Good/bad. First and foremost the staff at the front desk were excellent! Very kind and caring. The hotel is new and it is beautiful! The bed was comfortable. The AC worked properly. The shower had hot water but no water pressure, it was just a slight trickle of water. Took a long time to get wet and wash up. (Odd because the sinks had good pressure) Now the bad, we checked in and went to our room. It was filthy. Lots and lots of dog hair on the couch, the bed didn’t look like it had been changed just pulled up and it was all wrinkled with a spider on the pillow. There was another health hazard that caused us to leave that room ask for a new room. We got a new room and it was better but the shower was filthy, had body hair all through it. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned or rinsed. Also, no towels . So, nice new hotel but needs a better housekeeping person

Plenty of space in the room. Huge bathroom. Shades were electric and did not work. The bed was uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly. No coffee available. The coffee maker in tge room did not work. No replacement was available. No ice available until the in room ice maker was turned on and working ?. What hotel does not have sn ice machine????? What hotel does not have coffee available in tge morning????

Would have been a great room for an extended stay. The room was great Saw some strange people lurking around outside

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

The size of the room. The comfortable bed. Quiet location. Great staff We didn't have any towels and it needed the floor sweeping

Hair in shower/bath.

Overall it was ok. The lobby was clean, the staff was rude with check in, But that's ok it was an off night for her maybe. The room was clean, but the silverware had dry food on it. I would stay there agian.

The room was extremely dirty. There was also an annoying sound that kept me up all night. The lady on staff was very nice and apologized for the room.
