Very good

Room was clean and nice, but the bathroom sink kept stopping up. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

People were good, shuttle was good. Swimming pool was closed for maintenance. This want posted in our reservation. We were in town for the Chicago Marathon and would have like to use the pool facilities. The cost was atrocious for just a standard type of room.

Very nice restaurant and good food.Friendly, helpful staff. When tagged room service for a later time, our room was never cleaned. The first time we had to flag a service person in the hall in the evening for coffee and towels. The second day we were gone from lunch till 11 pm and room was never serviced.

The front desk staff messed up my check-in process charging the wrong form of payment even after being presented with the new form of payment. VERY aggravating and inconvenient. It ended being an unnecessary financial hiccup.

Had a really pleasant stay with super accommodating staff. They helped out and went above and beyond. Also the room was very spacious and clean. Location is very close to the midway airport as well as Seatgeek stadium. Not much food around at night but food delivery is always an option. We just needed a convenient location to stay at and this hotel hit all the marks while maintaining great service and amazing rooms. Thank you!!

Location! It was near the airport (however did not hear a thing while in my room), dining, shopping, and much more! And we were not far from downtown Chicago which is where the event was that we came into town for. No, all was well!

The building was very clean and cozy. Our room was very clean and comfortable as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t included. I felt very comfortable staying here.
