Center Location

The location was great to see family member running in the Marathon. 3 places to view extremely close to hotel. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and staff was courteous and friendly Nothing.

Location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the loop. Front desk and breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and surprisingly spacious with a great view of the neighborhood. Tons of great dining options nearby.

This place really exceeded my expectations. The location is great, the room is comfortable and the place offers all the facilities needed for a great stay. And last but not least: the staff are incredibly nice and helpful!

Breakfast was excellent. My room was comfortable and cozy. The hotel is near a fire station. However, I was provided with ear plugs and a sound machine upon request.

Everything was spotless when we arrived. Javier and Fannie were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They pointed us out some great places to visit and suggested the best transportation options to get there.

Breakfast service was amazing, clean rooms and well located.

The room was nice and clean. Only negatives were the fire station right across the street which you hear horns and sirens a lot and the breakfast buffet can get really busy on weekends making it tough to maneuver around and find a table to sit at.

Our room was adequately appointed with a stunning view of a back alley. Breakfast was fine, but awkwardly laid out in the very crowded breakfast room. The staff were all exceptionally good at their jobs and the real high point of the experience.

They gave us a room that wasn’t handicapped accessible so we had to wait at least an hour to get the right room cleaned even though it had been requested when the room was booked. Called in the am on the 3rd day to have clean towels & empty trash. Came back in late afternoon & had to call again for the towels & trash pickup. Tired & annoyed.

Great location, walking distance to attractions or public transit, staff was helpful, breakfast crew was great, room was very nice. Bathroom light was burned out, but maintenance was there to fix it before I had a chance to report it. Ice machine on our floor was not working for the entire week (10th floor) so I always had to go to another floor for ice.

The front desk staff is extremely helpful. The staff working in the breakfast section are very friendly and attentive. We had a great visit.

Parking, please give some options to parking before arriving. The parking could be so expensive in the city Staff, in the dining room the staff was awesome, 5 stars to them but it could be overwhelming so many questions about food or if the could get out the empty plates. Thank you so much it was a pleasure staying with you
