Quiet was the key here! No street traffic noise or noise from other guests. Very close and an easy walk to everything with the red line right outside the door. We will be back!

Not happy that there was no shuttle from midway to the hotel as stated and no complementary breakfast at hotel

Nice, clean hotel with parking next door and the option to pay $66 per day if you don’t want to use your car in Chicago and $72 if you want to come and go whenever you want. Stuff super nice and helpful. The pool was too cold to swim in and enjoy, we got in and out immediately, which was too bad because we chose hotel with a pool.

This hotel was phenomenal. Located on Grand Avenue and State Street, the location put us mere blocks from Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile. The hotel is very stylish and immaculate. A real bonus was the restaurant within the hotel. It was the Weber Grill. The food was most delicious and the prices surprisingly less than we expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was as advertised. The staff was great, the room was nice and the hotel is conveniently located. This is my second stay at this hotel, and I will return in the future.

The stay was nice and the rooms were clean

Bathroom wasn’t as cleaned as it should have been. We went brought supplies from CVS to clean. On Day 2 we asked could the room be cleaned, only the bed was made with the same linings, and we could tell the floor hasn’t been vacuumed because the trash was overflowing and the changed the trash bag, but left the trash on the floor. Definitely will be staying somewhere else, my next visit to Chicago! (Chicago-10) (Hotel-3)

Was there for two nights for the Chicago marathon and it was a beautiful place to lay my head before the marathon and to come back to after. Perfect location in the middle of the city as well.

The air only coming on when it sensend movement was kind of annoying as it would start to get hot and stuffy when we'd sleep. Likewise, the light in the bathroom going out during a shower because of not sensing movement was no fun. Also, the sink faucet leaked, we had to keep a handtowel around it the entire time or the whol sink top would be wet. The bed was super comfortable!

Great stay. Clean room and staff was awesome. Breakfast was an added bonus, not just bread and cakes. A few types of eggs and beverages.

Everything was great and room was very clean!

We reserved an accessible room with a roll-in shower. The room is too small for a standard wheelchair. I recommended redesigning the room. Also, the bed is too low to the ground. There was no box spring. The bed sat on the bed frame with no mattress pad, so the bed was very HARD and very UNCOMFORTABLE. I asked management for another mattress or box spring to raise the bed,d and he told me that all of their accessible rooms have low beds. For people who are 5’ 11’ and 6’0 getting down into a low bed, and then for a man who is partially paralyzed, it was very hard to get up from the bed.

Take care with the breakfast. Is not included

This hotel was just ok. I wouldn't stay here again. The location was great, but our room was not maintained well. I was in room 1309 to be exact. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and it appeared to be painted over. There was no ventilation in that bathroom, so I'm sure that doesn't help mold. There are so many other hotel options in that area. I would stay somewhere else.

Nice centrally located hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are little outdated but beside that all is great. The morning coffee bar is a great plus to get the day started. The only issue with the location is noise, you hear the siren all night long so be aware if you are a light sleeper.

After a long travel to the hotel, when we checked in the lady at the front desk sent us to a room that already had occupants in it….. Thank God they weren’t physically in the room when we went in as it would have been very embarrassing, but their clothes and items were there. So we had to go all the way down to the front desk to change our rooms and they confirmed that there were already people on the room. The original front desk lady also had a hard time explaining the parking - couldn’t give me directions, I asked for a map of the hotel and she couldn’t provide that either. She couldn’t even tell me how to get to the pool….. the check in was a very bad experience….. Once I figured out parking, it wasn’t that bad. It was quite easy. We stayed 2.5 days and the parking ramp was 140$, so it was expensive. There is a small breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, but it isn’t free. I would recommend walking to the amazing Corey’s bagel shop around the corner with fresh bagel sandwiches - delicious. Location was good. Far from the lake & pier, but close to the river walk and Michigan Mile. Lots of restaurants around and shopping. Otherwise…. It was a typical Garden Hilton hotel - nothing special. Small and kind of dark on the room. No dark blinds or curtains so when the sun comes up in the morning you’re blinded - no sleeping in there. The mirror lights in the bathroom is very orange, hard to do makeup. Overall pretty clean, no free amenities, not even WiFi
