Clean and nice, Gym was 24/7, i wish the pool was as well but that’s okay. cleaning staff was very nice as well. right in downtown, so we walked everywhere

Location The bed was so uncomfortable my back is still in pain from sleeping on it for two nights. I could hear the coils when I would move on the mattress. They definitely need newer or better quality mattresses.

Great room for the right price

The water pressure in our shower was terrible… there was also a constant drip from the shower that we told staff about. We loved the location as we attended the Bears game.

Close to public transit. The beds were horrible. Worst sleep I’ve ever had the nights leading up to marathon. Messed up my back which affected my performance. Loud bangs all night. Not close to any restaurants or things I wanted to do for the price. Was close to public transit but sometimes that took too long and I wouldn’t take at night for safety.

Our 2-night stay started out with a 30 minute delay due to the room not being ready. No parking on premises. Valet parking is $62, so we opted for a parking garage 2 blocks away for $44. We were there for a Chicago bears game and chose that hotel because it’s within walking distance. About 30 minutes from Soldier Field. The room was beautiful with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom had a lovely shower. There is no ice machine on every floor, and the ones we tried were not working. We ended up on 14th floor to eventually get our ice. It’s a very busy location, but staff did their best to accommodate. There is a Starbucks right next door and a few restaurants close by.

This hotel suprised me as it has a immense amount of amenities. The highlight for me Was the restaurant and bar rooftop on the 22nd floor and indoor pool. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. My only concern was the lack of security within the room as I did not have a safe box to put my private belongings (passport and wallet).

I liked that it was convenient for me. The staff was great . What I didn’t like was that I had a nice view but, the dirty windows on the outside needs to be cleaned TO MANY SPIDER WEBS ON THE OUTSIDE WINDOWS NEED TO BE CLEANED
