Me encantó la cercanía del Alltaste Arena y la ubicación justo al lado de una plaza comercial 😍

Although the layout of the room was great, the furniture was incredibly uncomfortable. The beds were VERY firm and you felt every spring. They were so uncomfortable that we even attempted to try the pull out couch which was unsuccessful. The couch was separating. Could really use an update. Although it’s an extended stay, we stayed from Sunday-Wednesday. We only received fresh towels once. The rooms were not cleaned, trash not emptied, beds not made.

I actually really enjoyed my stay… The staff was really friendly and super helpful and my room was really clean.

I liked the space and layout of my room but the pull out mattress had stains on it; everything looked like it needed a good touch up and paint including hallways with scratches on the walls and trash on the floor. The outside looked well maintain and clean. Also the phone in my room did not work so I had to go to the main office which is separated from the rooms in a different building. One night it was raining and that was a huge inconvenience which caused me to not leave a tip for the cleaners. The tv was also in a weird spot but that can always be fixed, I liked the windows and breakfast we ok.

The hallway carpet was threadbare, most Of the hotel space I saw would benefit from being refurbished. It was quiet and the staff was friendly and efficient but the hotel itself needs love.

No Restaurant on site was the only bummer Not the best for a quick overnight stay. Good for a week though.

Staff is not that good

The room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to stay there without any issues throughout my business trip. Breakfast was provided every day, which made my mornings very convenient. The guest laundry machine was out of order during my entire stay, and there was no sign that it was being repaired. For guests on longer business trips, laundry facilities are essential. I would appreciate it if the machine could be repaired promptly, or if guests could be informed of an alternative, such as a nearby coin laundry.

The shuttle from the airport took over an hour. The place smelled like a dingy old rental apartment with shabby decor to match. No amenities to speak of and cost was $276. The hotel was depressing and disappointing especially for the cost, and I lost trust in Expedia for recommending it. No more Marriott’s, no more Expedia.

We only needed a room for one night, so it was decent enough for a one night stay. The room was cozy, the kitchenette was nice! However the AC units or HVAC, was EXTREMELY loud. Every-time it would turn on, it would wake us all up. The front desk lady also did not mention that we were being charged an additional $30 for parking at the time of check in. All in all it was a nice hotel, and we’d probably stay there again if needed in the future!
