Booked a room last minute for me and my 1 year old son as our AC had stopped working on a really hot day. Check in was easy and smooth, parking was free and staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Pool was very clean too and we had a great time swimming. This hotel is very close to a Trader Joe’s which makes it very convenient if you have forgotten any toiletries or wish to get snacks. Overall i recommend this hotel to anyone with children.

Clean and comfortable Some noises above my room. I was in building 2 on the first floor

Front Desk staff can be better in terms of customer service. Some of the staff was very helpful while some was very average.

This is a resort style hotel with a beautiful pool enclosed by several rows of rooms. Very nice setup.

It was a great stay!
-
Excellent place to stay with a hidden jem of a restaurant! The food and service at the restaurant were amazing! We chose to eat in instead of going out both for the high quality breakfast buffet or dinner with a great dessert menu. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained and the rooms were spacious!
-
The room had an odor. I think the carpet needs replacing and the drapes as well. The fragrance the hotel uses is not the best. They need to try a better fragrance. The facility itself was nice and very quiet.
-
Not too far from colleges but not quite in the villages so still a longer walk Dated and a little grimy
-
Nice hotel, good pool, excellent staff—rooms are a musty
-
I liked the whole property, the restaurant, complimentary coffee and cookies! The beds were old and kinda saggy.
-
Our overall experience was great. The room was good. The grounds are well maintained. Amenities good. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

Early check in or late check out is by "waitlist"

Location, clean, friendly and convenient. Asking a daily extra fee for fiddly and slow wifi just feels petty and unnecessarily unfriendly. I imagine they will soon be offering a premium electricity service for a fee soon, or enhanced water flow from the shower if you sign up to Hilton Honours.
