Great location and very convenient Great private back entrance helps when you are traveling with a pet. Also the pet area out back was very convenient. The elevators are terribly slow. We almost 90 % of the time elected to take the stairs.

This was a decent hotel to stay in for a night. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It seemed that only one elevator was operating, and it was very slow. My room was on the side of the hotel that faced the road, and the noise from the traffic was quite loud. That's not the hotel's fault, but I would recommend light sleepers bring some earplugs. Overall I was satisfied.

Loved the coffee/hot chocolate/cappuccino machine in lobby-very nice touch. Rooms quiet and clean. Breakfast hit and fresh.

After booking a reservation online at this location specifically because it clearly stated it was pet friendly, we arrived for check-in only to be told they didn’t accept cats and we were turned away at 7:30pm after traveling all day in the car with our cat. The desk agent showed no concern for us despite our plea to stay. If this hotel doesn’t accept cats, then it should clearly state that when making a reservation. This is the second occurrence with our cat at a Best Western hotel. Consequently, we will no longer stay here and I’m going to spread the word word.

Breakfast was decent. Clean room and staff were nice.

Staff were friendly and location for a Clark’s summit wedding was perfect. It was a huge plus it had an indoor pool for the little ones and the bar let us visit after events. Bar tenders were so friendly and ran a good shop.

Good accommodations. Parking lot noise including garbage pick up early in the morning.

Very nice hotel… clean, smoke free, friendly, comfortable. The only complaint I have is the room A/C fan was rather noisy and kept me up throughout the night. I would have turned it off early on but the room needed to cool so that I could sleep.

Clean room and very comfortable bed! Stayed here for one night to break up a long drive.

Location and reasonably price Pancake machine never works right. Get a waffle maker. Don’t like that pets are allowed on all floors. A problem for people with allergies. Construction trucks should be parked out back.

Black mildew in large sections of the bathroom shower curtain, what looked like dry urine on the toilet seat, toothpaste or something similar splattered on the bathroom door, 2 tissues in the holder and the towel holder was pulling out of the wall.

Place is getting run down. Coffee maker is terrible, coffee itself is worse, room is old, dusty.

Pool was a bit weird. It’s more for guests only .. they were doing swimming lessons in the pool as well. Otherwise - great stay
