Location and staff . The beds were awful and the over charged for everything parking extra, 40 dólar for insurance for the room :(
-
Beach, location near other restaurants and entertainment loved the facility and staff. The only complaint was the $40.00 per diem for parking. That $40.00 could have been used for other services and meals.

Excellent resort priced appropriately I will most definitely be back probably sooner than later. The room we had was on the northern side of the resort above the air conditioning units but the resort did a great job of covering them with black vented coverings. You could still see and hear them but by no means a distraction from the Gulf. I’d recommend having a room on that side it stays shaded all day really great for hot days. 10/10 I recommend

Chat GPT helped me find this room and turns out it is just right off of highway 60. Just turn right on mandolin Bay and you are there. The valet help was wonderful. The elevators work quickly. The lobby is on the second level which I found interesting. I took the stairs but they definitely have an elevator. Our balcony was small but overlooking the ocean and what I really enjoyed about this property is you are just one building over from the beautiful pier going out into the Gulf. It's free for half the way and then when you get to the big building it cost $3 to go on to almost the end. And if you want to fish they provide you pole and bait for another $35. So anybody that wants to get up and fish from 7:00 in the morning to 8:30 at night they can go there and go fishing. We ate almost every meal on Carambolos outside dining area which is the restaurant on the lobby level which is the second level. We enjoyed the boom, boom, shrimp and the chicken quesadillas and the hamburger and french fries . The food was always hot and fresh They also had Tommy's tiki bar on the sand on the lower level with plenty of chairs. And then they have paddle boat rentals and jet ski rentals straight out from this resort on the beach. And then there is a park park by the ferris wheel for the children to play on playground equipment and there is a small ferris wheel and there is a trampoline that they latch you or your kids into and you can jump with control on a trampoline.

This hotel was amazing for the 2 nights we were there! The pools were fantastic and clean. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was very easy access. Valet parking was extremely easy. Staff was helpful. We had a view of the city and the beach at the same time from our balcony. Each night we watched the sunset right on the beach. It's really close to several coffee shops, restaurants, and the pier. The Starbucks is basically on the ground floor with a special shortcut to it. Love love love it!

This was a couple trip when I booked on the Internet, I booked a room with an ocean view, and when they gave me the room, the view I had was to the hotels, nothing to do with what I booked when I went to claim that I had paid for a room with an ocean view, they replied that this was what they had then so as not to get into controversy, since it was only for one night, I left it like this, but another incident happened since my husband and I sat on the balcony and my husband closed the... The door was located as the paper says on the door when we went to enter, the door was located, as it was closed, we did not know, we had to call the hotel to help us, and we stayed there for more than 20 minutes because they could not have the front door, since they said it was without batteries, in short, I will not stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful! However, Hilton hotels are not cheap, especially beachfront properties. What really makes me mad is that if you want to enjoy a relaxing day by the water, they charge you ridiculous prices for everything! $28 for a beach umbrella, $45 for a lounge chair, and $240 for a cabana, per day! I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, and I’ve NEVER been charged for a freaking beach umbrella! Especially when you’re already paying premium rates for the hotel, plus resort fees and everything else. At those prices, basic beach amenities should be included. It honestly feels like they’re trying to squeeze every last dollar out of their guests. So disappointing!

Location was amazing, room was clean and well sized. Everything was as I’d expect, staff super friendly

Didn’t like the service especially charging a hotel fee and valet parking every day. Being a member of Hilton. Didn’t like that.

We have stayed here several times and it is consistently a great experience. Paying almost $40 a night to park our car is a bit extreme and more than it used to be, and then there is the additional $35/per night resort fee. That is our only complaint. Overall, a great time.

Parking is extra $40 per night Breakfast extra $29.99
