Loved everything about our stay, definitely plan to return!

Overall…..GREAT!

It’s a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for in this case. All the amenities and staff are A+

The resort, as well as the rooms, pools, restaurants, etc were very clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff throughout from the lobby, to the pool, to the shops, to the valets, and in the restaurants were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The resort is absolutely beautiful and offers so much, especially with its sister resort Opal Sands. The food was excellent at both the pool and the restaurants. It was a wonderful stay and would be a great option for both families, couples, or a friend’s getaway!

The staff was so helpful and they were on top of it. the bartenders Michelle and Nicole were great!!!

I was attracted by it being brand new but it was so much more than that. The breakfast restaurant on side and the dinner one were top! The food was delicious and the price was great! The beach is very nice and so convenient to just cross the street. It’s close by stores, other restaurants, the pier, all walking distance. The hotel is so nice and the rooms are specious and all looking to the beautiful ocean. I loved it there,

We had a great week at Opal Sol. We loved the ocean front views, pool and friendly staff! The only downside was when you paid for an ocean front beach set up, people could set up in front of you. It was a great week with amazing weather.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was beautiful, with easy access to the beach and amazing views. Very clean rooms and spacious. The hotel overall was very clean and smelled new. Pool staff was very attentive and friendly. The pool bar was a great touch, with refreshing drinks and a nice selection of food.

The Opal Sol Resort was beautiful, and our overall stay was very enjoyable. The only reason I did not rate the staff five stars is due to what appeared to be a training gap in explaining and managing credit-card authorization holds. Authorization holds are understandable; however, after extending our stay and providing a second card, approximately $2,000 was tied up across my cards and my father’s card. This left us without access to those funds until checkout, followed by additional waiting time for the card issuers and banks to release the holds. A clearer explanation of the process, along with more careful handling of authorization amounts for extended stays, would greatly improve the guest experience.

The place is amazing. The surroundings are gorgeous and stuff is friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant at night when it takes busy, they get overwhelmed and the food gets all wrong.
