Neglected all around
-
Room was very clean. Was only here briefly but the staff was super nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Dirty, out dated. Shuttle didn’t run. Restraint was only open two hours. Hotel keys wouldn’t work. No one at the front desk for an hour. Just terrible
-
Room decently clean but outdated. Room key wouldn’t work at 11:30 PM. Someone random came into our room at 3:30 AM and just opened the door. Not sure how they had a key to our room or why it worked for them. The security lock/latch prevented them from coming in but it was alarming and felt unsafe.

The hotel is closing for good at the end of January 2026. I was glad when my stay at this hotel was over.
-
The bathroom was dirty, the coffee pot had mold, the elevator smelled like sewer, the front desk person didnt give cookie when arriving.
-
The hotel itself is dated, the rooms are small, and not the cleanest. However, the location is great and the real strength is the staff. On Sunday morning I headed out to find that my vehicle was dead. Within a few minutes someone was there to give me a jump. The front desk staff in the morning and the guy that helped me out in a pinch have my sincere gratitude.

The staff was great, but the bed was really uncomfortable, and when you flushed the toilet, it sounded like a jet taking off. Woke everyone up every time. We checked in on a Friday and was hoping to eat dinner, but the restaurant was closed.
-
The room was severely neglected. I have pictures if you would like to see. Dust and dirt everywhere, water stains and cracks in the walls. Sticky streaking residue on the walls, bath tub dirty. Needed to be replaced

Clean room
-
I really wanted to rate this higher. Some of the most friendly staff I’ve ever met at a hotel. And the complimentary shuttle service was an awesome perk. The only problem was the rooms were musty and not the cleanest.

The hotel really needs some room repairs and some deep cleaning in the rooms. Wall paper peeling, missing tiles, and bleached spots on the wallpaper. It was probably surface clean, but overall rundown. Staff were bus and check-in was messed up and we ended up having move rooms to get the adjoining rooms we had been promised. It took about an hour from out first point of check in the actually get the new rooms. Parking garage elevator was broken. Also there is no security lock on the elevator so anyone can walk off the street and up to the rooms. Great if you want Uber Eats delivered to your room.
-
Great location for attending anything at Huntington Bank Field! The walk was less than what was expected.
-
Rooms outdated and not very clean, bathroom was the worst. Desk staff not friendly.
-
the gentleman who checked us in was very nice and made it a smooth process. how ever, our room was not up to standard. bed skirts had stains that looked like they had been washed out but left a mark. The bathroom aside from the towels looked like it had not been clean. a crushed up soap bar on the ground and a dirty bathtub that was semi filled with water. we checked in around 1030-11pm so by the time we got up to our room we did not want to deal with having to potentially switch rooms or anything for that matter. we were getting up early for the browns game the following morning so it was really not the biggest of our worries however it was a little disappointing after a long drive in.
-
Was not as nice as advertised. Does not include breakfast and the views from the hotel are not great because it is blocked from other buildings. Also noticed some staining on the mattresses and the curtains.
-
Chris, she is a bartender at night and server for breakfast in the am. a wonderful person, and she made our stay there a wonderful experience.
-
Didn’t clean the room in 3 nights
-
Hotel is a little rundown, but friendly staff and great location for football game!

Thank you
