Alyssa Rm 306 which I was given was not clean I had to go back downstairs and get another room

I loved the staff. The woman that took care of us that night was very nice. There were roaches. I didn’t know they had bug infestation until I turned the bathroom light on and a roach crawled from the shower curtain into the crack of the wall. That’s when I noticed the roach catchers everywhere.

The bedspread had red spots on it. I didn’t think much about it until I actual bloody footprints on the bathroom floor. This also a very noisy place. People coming and going all night.

It’s a good place to stay at certain places and they don’t have breakfast

Loved the drugs left in room oh and the bed bugs and cockroChes were great Everything

The place reeked of some odd smells and my room had roaches on the floor and the same smell that was around in the hotel was in the room. I left immediately after seeing the roaches, don’t recommend.

Staff was nice but the whole 2 floor was nasty smelling and made the room stink as well and blankets had burn holes in them

I used this hotel because it was right off the freeway. But it was close to the airport so you get airplane noise.

I killed a very tiny cockroach climbing on the wall by the headboard. I used to manage fast food restaurants. If you have small cockroaches, that means they're multiplying. There was also a medium sized cockroach on the counter in the bathroom, but he escaped behind the mirror. The shower curtain was ripped although the shower was very hot water which is nice. I did not need to use the stovetop or refrigerator. I think I may have slept well, but that could have been the fragrant smoke that was permeating around the property

I have been staying their for the past two weeks and know has come to clean my room

The location only Very dirty in the lobby, hallways, and room. Weird smell in elevator. Walked into the room and it looked like it had not been swept. Dirt, dust, and dead bugs completely covering the floor when you walk in. We walked right out to get a refund and left.

The two rooms we reserved were both dirty! One room looked like it had not been cleaned or dusted countertops tables for months. The other room was dusty and the floor had not been swept, with the windows very dirty. Both rooms were not at all what we expected from an Expedia sponsored hotel! We never unloaded our cart and just turned in the room keys. We texted with Expedia which they agreed to give us a refund for the room charges. Thank you!

The outside of the property was ok Their was a lot of people standing outside the building like they were on the corner

Basic room accommodations. Okay cleanliness no additional amenities past a laundry area and free parking.

Room was not clean. No amenities. No coffee maker, cups, etc. Appeared to have permanent residents

I checked in late at night, and I’m grateful to the young woman who met me and got me settled in! There’s a terrible smell of vomit in the hallway—it’s unbearable The TV didn't work, it kept turning off. The towel was not snow-white and was poorly made. The price isn't worth the quality

The location There were blood stains on the shower curtain and on my bed sheets. Loud people in the hallways

The staff was very kind & welcoming. The room was in really bad shape. My towels were dirty with someone else’s makeup and hair. There was a used soap in the shower. And my second night I had to kill SIX disgusting bugs crawling around the bathroom & bedroom. I literally left in the middle of the night & slept in my car because I was so grossed out.
