Hilton Garden Inn Clovis

The staff especially Geno and Cody were friendly, helpful and just good people. When we first arrived on Monday Sept 28, the girl at the front failed to advise us about the times for breakfast, the bar opening or about house cleaning. We ended up getting the information from the bartender. This is the second time I have stayed at this property and both times the TVs have not worked properly.

Convenient location for my purposes in Clovis

Breakfast was good, but expensive. Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Cost of food

Very nice. Would stay here again

The room was clean and the ac works great .The staff will send a text to be sure if there’s anything they can do ! Was really happy because even tho it’s a weekend I got a parking spot right in front of the door both nights .i don’t attend the bar but when I walked past it seems others were really enjoying a relaxing evening

Everything was excellent

The property was conveniently located to all of the essential places, restaurants, malls, shopping. The place was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff (the daytime ones) were great, changing my room twice when there were problems. No hot water. Engineer tried to say luke warm would be adequate. No. Upgraded to suite. Smoke alarm chirping, A/C didn't work. Two queen size beds, not KS. So, 3rd room. Fine. Undergoing renovations, no A/C in elevs/stairs, no fitness or biz center.

Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Rooms need to be updated.

Clean, easy parking and close to FAT airport.

Very good

Wonderful staff the French toast for breakfast was the best I ever had

Wonderful wonderful staff I ended up leaving my luggage bag by accident they were very quick in finding my belongings and returning my call to pick up .. always very nice rooms and wonderful staff

The people and snacks Water pressure was terrible and the bed was hard as a rock. Pillows were extremely flat.

Service

The breakfast had limited options for the included price. Multiple closed amenities including the Fitness center and business center.

The Room Smelled and there was a flea on me we checked out one day early on a two day stay construction going on no gym and no first floor rooms asked for a one day refund was told we will email them

Property in poor condition, under construction. Gym was unavailable. Pricy hotel. A coupon towards breakfast would have been nice considering the condition of the hotel.

It was fine, but not as nice as other Hiltons I’ve stayed in. Lots of renovations being done, but not our room.
