The staff is very nice & helpful. There was no TV in our room when we got there. Once we mentioned it, they brought one up. The bathroom was the worst part. The tub & shower look bad. I didn't bother showering as we were only there 1 night. The tp holder needed replacing. The robe hook was placed above the toilet, rather than on the back of the door...why? The breakfast was surprisingly generous & good. Their sausage gravy actually had specks of sausage in it. If there's a blizzard & you're stuck in Colorado Springs, you can stay here. If not, there are plenty of nicer places at the same price. They really didn't have adequate chairs for the room. The room itself was not relaxing. The curtains were torn & gross.

It's close to where we need to go. The staff is approachable and helpful. To be honest, the facilities. The bed isn't very comfy; the sofa is filthy; our bathroom doorknob is broken; and the fridge door isn't closing properly, so it's leaking. It needs major renovation.

The staff was great. Location was great. The rest of the property was not. The pool looked as if it hadn't been used in years, the breakfast was served in a little closed off room with no windows, music, or TV, although the food was not bad. My room had paint stains on the floor, only half a roll of toilet paper on broken holders, no facial tissues, only one wastebasket, filthy computer chair and sitting chair (I had to spread a towel over the chair to sit on it), hair in the shower, no cups or glasses to use, broken towels holder by the sink, and the mountain view also included the dilapidated outdoor pool and hot tub. Just not a very pleasant room.

We found a dead German cockroach in our room and left immediately. Pool was closed. Could barely open our door had to get help from staff. The room was stinky I don’t even know how to describe it. Didn’t even stay a night because it was so gross and couldn’t even get a refund. Although staff was friendly and helpful. Will never stay here or probably any another Wyndham property.

Upon entering the room, we were immediately met with a strong mildew smell that made the environment unpleasant. There were no trash cans provided anywhere in the room, which was inconvenient. The showerhead made an extremely loud and unpleasant noise when in use, and the sofa appeared visibly dirty and poorly maintained, as though it had not been properly cleaned in years. Overall, the room did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance. This experience was disappointing . I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them to improve the experience for future guests. On a positive note, the gentleman working the overnight front desk was very sweet, welcoming, and pleasant to interact with. His kindness was appreciated and was one of the few highlights of our stay.

Nothing I didn’t like anything about the property it was dirty and it smelled and I seen roaches in my room
-
The room was really bad, it has a really string odor like urine.. the sofa was really dirty and it stinks.

The gentlemen at the front desk were delightful and kind. The hotel is dated, dingy, and in need of extreme renovations. Perhaps testing it down and building a new hotel is the solution. In the room there was mold in the bathroom ceiling, drapes falling down, the window had a big crack in it and the furniture was dated, dirty, and ugly. At least the bed was comfortable. Wyndham should be ashamed of having their name on this property. We will not be staying at this property again.

To begin, this was a 100% bait and switch from what was posted on the Expedia website to what was actually provided when we arrived. If I could give a ZERO star rating, I would give it. Unfortunately, I could only upload more pictures I would; however, I can only upload 8. Do NOT stay at this "hotel". Now for more details: (1)Rats and roaches running around the facility (2)Homeless were living in the hotel and was advised it was acceptable by the "manager". Further, one room had about 15 people staying in it, right across from our room. (3)The elevator, hallway carpets and main walkways were unkept and covered in filth (4)Some of the walls had patch jobs that were so soft and damp that you could push your finger through them. (5)Lots of mismatched paint throughout the room where many "fixes" were performed, along with a lot of damaged furniture that should have been removed (6)There were blood stains on the curtains (7)The fixtures were either damaged or broken (8)Mounds of dust, old bottle caps, and other garbage were in various places, including the bed (9)The outdoor pool/spa was not functional and was covered by an old tattered tarp. The indoor pool was not open as the roof above it had a 10-12 foot hole in the roof

This hotel has clearly seen better days. It's pretty run down and dingy. The beds were comfortable and I was only there for the weekend, so it wasn't the worst trip, but I would not stay there again.

The property was in a very convenient location with a Walmart, dollar tree, and many fast food restaurants right around the corner. This place is RAN DOWN. If you’re looking for something aesthetically pleasing this is not your place. I wouldn’t really mind usually however perhaps because of the condition of this place the amount of roaches I killed in the room was overwhelming. I stayed up all night contacting other hotels in the area to see if they had rooms available but unfortunately they didn’t. The roaches were on the sink counter top on the walls and on the cracks between the wall and mounding. CLOSE DOWN AND HIRE AN EXTERMINATOR IMMEDIATELY.

I did not stay at the hotel it had pool on the restroom wall and curtains on the window we’re dirty the sheets on the bed were dirty

I was there for two nights. The room they gave me, the restroom flush but it did not have the power to push toilet papers through so we can't even use the reatroom. It was late when we arrived. They try using the plumber, it didn't help. They used a snake thingy, it did not work. By that time, it was after midnight. We have early activities in the morning so we told them we will just use the 1st floor restroom for the night. The next morning the manager say they will save a room for us. By the time we got back, told the night person that we were told the manager saved a room for us. She say they were sold out of rooms. I mentioned they should have a room saved for me. They did not and we were told they can't do anything that night and for us to continue to use the first floor restroom. It was very inconvenient because our room was on the third floor. We checked the website and there were still rooms left. Mention that to the manager and he say for us to not believe the website. I say screw it. It's late and we have to leave early the next morning. They certainly do not take care of broken stuff on the property. I would not stay at this hotel when I go back.

This is not a good place to stay. Upon walking into the front door their was a bad odor and ot was not clea. Ha a fish tank that was so cloudy couldn't see the fish. Front desk staff then informed the that the elevator was not working and put us on the 3rd floor. Room was nasty and the door would not close all the way or lock. Informed the staff we could not stay and asked for a refund and the front desk staff had someone who was supposed to be a manager who wa very rude. Run away from this place really bad experience.
