counter staff was great!

Very quiet room. Only issue was hard to find the hotel. Well off the main road and no visible signage.

John at the front desk was very attentive. The women at the Bistro however was not. She never acknowledged us when we walked up to the counter. We noticed she was looking up a drink recipe so we gave her grace as we could tell she was new, but when she walked away to go talk to John at the front desk we decided the coffee we wanted wasn’t worth it. Other then that or stay was great.

Staff was incredibly friendly and beds were super comfortable.

Her dedication to resolving the matter seamlessly, her empathetic understanding, and her proactive approach went far beyond expectations, ensuring a smooth and worry-free adjustment for us. Close to our excursions. The infused water container. We saw a bear. Should offer free breakfast. Surprised I had to pay for parking.

Our stay was very good. The facilities were clean and as I would expect from a Courtyard hotel. The only issue we had during our stay was with the in-hotel restaurant. The staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. We ordered from the menu and when they brought our food out items were missing. This happened basically every day we were there. They also frequently seemingly forgot who an order was for as they went around the seating area multiple times asking patrons in an effort to identify who had ordered a particular item, usually just a coffee. In the end we received everything we ordered (except for the first day when we didn't realize potatoes were part of the breakfast that we didn't receive). Other than that, we received everything we ordered. It was just strange to have the staff seemingly so unorganized or untrained. Otherwise, our stay was good.

Good location for my needs. Nice modern hotel. I like the coffee shop. AC in room was too loud and beds were little too worn out.

Excellent Stay! Loved the Indoor Pool!

Trash was not emptied in garbage can. Cable TV did not work.
