Hampton Inn Colorado Springs-Airport

Nice employees but not sure why I was charged more than the receipt said. I will have to call if it clears the bank. If there was an additional charge, (deposit) I was not notified.

Property seemed well kept. Our room had trash under the bed and crumbs around the bed.

Clean, always staffed , secure, safe , brightly lit parking lot, extended hours for breakfast People smoking outside .. loiters standing between cars in parking lot

Excellent housekeeping service

I usually like staying at Hampton Inns, but this one is nowhere near the quality of the others I've visited. Bad, cheap remodel. I could smell pot, though it was a smoke-free facility. They seemed to want me to pinpoint exactly what room that was coming from... Way overpriced.

Disappointing

Our bathroom was in need of some repairs. Bottom of door was rotted, shelf was loose, grout was missing. Curtins did not block out all the light. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Pool was always full of kids, to be expected on a holiday weekend.

Do not stay here, especially with family. The room looked nothing like the photos online—it was old and had dirty carpets. To make matters worse, the front desk staff threw away our GrubHub dinner delivery, claiming we were an hour late to pick it up. Deceptive pictures, dirty rooms, and terrible service. Find another hotel!

Good location. Nothing.

This is a very nice hotel with the friendliest, most helpful staff ever! The room was great, the breakfast was great. And the staff does all they can to help you. This is the second time we've stayed and the staff are just consistently helpful!

Exceptional

The room was fine. Bed and bathroom were clean. Window treatments in my room didn’t work so I couldn’t block out light. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.
