It was a nice stay. Most of the staff were extraordinary! Bar was great! Room was clean & cleaning staff was extremely friendly! Carpet around AC unit stayed wet but staff was great.

We will definitely stay there again. The hotel was very clean, the room was big beds comfortable.

Got bed bug bites the second night we were here. We were in room 507, They moved us to a new room (509) right next door to our original room. Got bed bug bites the third night as well with evidence on the sheets. We were wondering why we were the only people on the fifth floor. They must reserve this floor for Hotel.com customers. We left a day early because of this. Unacceptable!!!

This property is nice, it gets the job done. The elevator is kind of sketchy but it works, my partner says it sounds like you're walking into resident evil with the sounds it makes lol. we used most of the property amenities such as microwave, ice machine, and the washing machine and dryer, they all got the job done. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as your first choice but if you're looking for something decent without high expectations at all then this is good. Our room was mostly clean, a few hairs and dust scattered around corners of the shower/bathroom and in the closet drawers and such but, we didn't have high expectations. Bed was clean and comfortable, AC was hot and cold, showers and water get very hot, the mini fridge was very cool! The breakfast was okay, it gets boring eating the same powdered eggs and potatoes everyday but yay free food! Housekeeping was also nice and friendly.

Pros: The rooms are big and the location is really good. Cons: We went to have dinner at the placery and the employee that made our drink said there was no food because he was the only one there and then went and sat on his phone doing nothing. This is one of the amenities we were looking forward to after a long day of travel. Rooms could use some updating.

Overall good. A couple of disappointments in the room -- no microwave and no outlets at beside for charging phones, etc. Room was large, but shower/toilet room TINY for the size of the room. AND... in the middle of SEC country, no SEC TV network!!

This is one of the best hotels we've ever been in, in Columbus Georgia. The staff was amazing, the hotel as a whole, was clean, and very professional looking, when we walked in. The breakfast was the tip of greatness, for this hotel, other hotels need to follow suit......food looked like real food, set up so nicely.....and GOOD....Let me not forget to talk about, their pool, OMG, it was crystal clear and blue, just like my favorite color. (Which means peaceful). This hotel felt so positive. I hate we had to check out, but we'll be back. The room was beautiful, the shower felt like a much needed massage, across your back. Their beds, will put you to sleep as soon as your head hit the pillows. Very soft and comfortable. Management was awesome and showed so much and understanding of us. She went beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and we did. The Lady over house keeping, her ladies did an excellent job, on the room. Until we see you'll again, God bless the entire staff of HYATT. nobody can make us dislike this hotel, because what I saw, with my own eyes, is the truth. 10/10 we highly recommend. I'm saying this with my whole heart, with tears in my eyes. Dam shame I have to go to holiday inn 😭😭😭😭😭 . HYATT we love ❤ y'all on purpose🥰 pray for us that we find a place that's reasonable.

The hotel was had an extra layer of security with the card scanner to the front door after late hours, traveled with my 4 yr old alone and that was an unexpected piece of mind. Great breakfast, wonderful display of foods and snacks available all hours. Clean room. Bed was okay, pillows were great. The black out curtain in the room was broken at one end, so that was a small discomfort, and also, you don’t have complete control of room temp. No options for continuous running.

Plenty of restaurant choices, close to shopping

It’s smelled clean on arrival our room was very clean, great location, staff was great! Warm cookies to purchase anytime was the favorite. Our solider just finished paratrooper training and we greeted her with them on several occasions:)

The front desk staff was very experienced and polite all of them, especially the morning front desk person. 1 elevator was down out of 2.

The property was in distance of there we needed to be. Very nice but had some minor issues. An out of order elevator made it a little inconvenient with only one working elevator to service the many guests trying to get to where needed to go. I asked for an itemized statement only to receive an incomplete generic one by email.
